Taking everything out for upgrades and cleaning is always such a chore. Great idea on how to keep the mats together. Glad to hear you are enjoying the new cable machine! Small home gyms are always a challenge to get all the equipment you want in - mine started in a tiny bedroom and we had to deadlift and log press in the kitchen.
My next upgrade (also have the Fitness Reality and also have a small space - My bedroom) is a Smith machine roller attachment. Smith machine functionality is the only thing I feel I'm missing. The jammer arms I'm torn because I've read waaaay too many reviews of people saying it's a dust collector.

Instead of a leaf blower just use a vacuum cleaner. Will also prevent the dirt and debris to keep coming back.
I’ve done that and it is good too but for me I’ve felt that the leaf blower is better. It seems to be more powerful than my shop vac.
