B"H, Apple sause to put on latkes, and dradels to spin and play the game our people used to cover up, that we were actually learning.. LOL
So we have three generations bh. We give out presents to each of them. The presents are wrapped by the Chanukah Menorah. My husband calls out the names and gives out the presents to each one.There is lots of good food. And games prepared by my married kids.
We are going to have a very quiet and sad Christmas,no body can come home because of Covid and the new strain that is traveling like wild fire,so just my husband myself and our son,for the second year.Happy Chanukah,from our family to your. 2021.

I’ve always say the key to great holiday meals and holiday cooking is all the prep. I would always make huge list of what I would want for my holiday meal and then decide what was going to be needed at the store and then the day before do all the prep and most of the cooking. So that I could have some time cleaning.

Everything looks so tasty! S’mores, it’s been so long since I’ve had one! Here we found some really tasty cookies with chocolate on them we started using after having them at a friend’s house, they’re a game changer!

Since I just recently found your channel I’m enjoying this video in October! Chanukah will be early this year, so watching your video gives me some good ideas to start planning. With Covid still ongoing it will likely only be my older son and myself, but we will still enjoy the holiday. Just another idea, in the past when I made a lot of latkas, I stood them on end in a loaf pan to reheat them. That way the extra grease dripped into the pan and the latkas were nice and crisp, without being too greasy. Thank you again for these videos. They are delightful!

I make the pesto alfredo ravioli often for my family. You can just cook the pasta in the oven in the sauce like a lasagne if you want. You don’t need to pre boil. I bake the ravioli in the pesto alfredo with mozzerella on top for about 45 minutes at 375 and it cooks through. I also sometimes add spinach to add more vegetables in the kids diet. Everyone loves this dish.

Just discovered this site and have subscribed. The food is fabulous and not too difficult so I can up my cooking skills too. I need to tweak the butter/oil as I’m not young and strive to keep things on the lighter side. Once wore size 2xx and sure as hell don’t want to go THERE AGAIN!

Hi Sonya! To save yourself some time and pans, add your pasta to the sauces directly. Do not add oil to the pasta, it makes the pasta from absorbing the sauce. You are only holding the pasta overnight so it's not going to change the flavor. :-)

Did you try hairspray? If it’s not been washed and dried I’ve had success using hairspray to remove pen marks
