It is lightning rod system … it is system of rods which protect house from lightnings during thunder storms. Here in our country it is mandatory part of all houses. Part of lightning rod system which you saw in video is “ground” part and it will be in future connected with other part of lightning system which will be installed on rooftop.

Good question 👍 the reason is => we mark future footings few days before it was done, and It was a time of heavy rains in our region. If I would use spray it could be washed away before we start digging and gravel stays at its place 👍
