Just fixed it , after talking to the staff at Streamlabs . I updated the software by downloading the current version and everything works again I can hear when people donate / follow etc Hope that helps anyone having a similar problem

This is great for being able to see/hear alerts through your OBS, but what about being able to read chat AND see/hear alerts while in a game? I'm trying to avoid using Streamlabs OBS, but I think that's currently the only way to see the alerts and chat ingame without looking at OBS studio.

It’s the exact same you just gotta go a little deeper go to the website hit widgets scroll down hit alert box then once you get into the alert box page tap the plus on widgets

I just started adding GIF images and sounds to my streams. However, a user and I were messing with the audio features. Apparently, while I have the alert in my system, the viewers cannot hear said sounds. When I tried to use a new output source, the game audio (or my mic even) started echoing instead. Just wondering if this happens to other people.
What should i do when i dont have computer and laptop...what if i have only laptop and i setup everything on laptop then i stream on ps4...and i go to my channel on browser and open obs and stream labs will that work....??plz someone reply me plz
My issue is that when people host, donate, or follow, the alert gif pops up but the sound plays like 10 seconds after the image pops up.... and I have checked the delay area and I never even touched it.

I have a Mac and I’m using my PS4 in remote play using OBS, I can follow everything on here, which is great but when I get to trying to put the alerts on the browser on OBS, the uRL box does not come up at all. You probably downloaded OBS Studio when it wasn't included. Re-download it and make sure it's checked during install.

They won't pop up on the screen for you, just your viewers. If you watch the stream on your phone or another screen, you'll see them live
