I left this on the last video, but if you turn down the maximum sounds that are allowed to play at the same time, your fps will be much higher. It's an old trick I learned when I played direct strike on a toaster of a computer.
Very much looking forward to Amon's Fall! Hands down, this mod's version of it is simply _spectacular_ - I might even call it one of my favorite missions across all of modded StarCraft 2. Regarding composition ideas: I'll leave it to those who better understand the mod's units and balancing to provide actual _specific_ and 'inspired' composition suggestions, but I'd be remiss not to at least make two notes regarding selecting from them, for what (in my experience) makes a 'good' composition for the mission: - Variety will prove very useful. Any composition that relies heavily on a specific means of dealing damage (such as spells, slow but powerful attacks, weak but quick attacks, and so on) will likely make the mission far more painful than it might otherwise be. (Which I realize is just good advice in general for this game, but it's quite relevant here). - Mobility would also be good to prioritize, both in terms of map coverage and in terms of micro. The final mission is no place for leisurely strolls and static offense! (Not to say it _can't_ be done like this, only that it'd be a pain).
Turning a defensive mission into an offensive missionvis really cool and helps shape up a mission where you just sit there being constantly hounded by Void Shades and Hybrid.
It looks to me like units in the shuttle can't autocast abilities that have a projectile or beam. That's why you see colossus autocasting but not energizers or disruptors.
The enemies being buffed to compensate for how strong you are, but your allies not getting as big a buff feels weird. I noticed it in the last mission as well. Really wish they had given everyone a slight tune up instead of just being given a couple heroes.
He likely will put a few campaigns in between while Amith polishes revolution overdrive. Especially with how long it took Aeon to get to a very polished form. Likely wont be for a month or two. Also allin isnt out yet on Revolution overdrive. Given it’ll be released anytime.
How about a focus on the true champions of this mod: the static defense? With the various things added by this mod like the structure teleporting, Dark Templar buffing, and the "siege mode" on various units like dragoons, scouts, and I think tempests, it could be a lot more exciting than just a normal cannon rush.

Name pending, but in my head, Shade glider - Starport/Flyer unit I have no idea on stats, simply it's ability. I think disruptors (aoe), undying (tanky and high single target) and tempest (siege as well as anti air) should be used to clear bases. Meanwhile scouts could be used as hit-and-run to destroy the rocks and can be used to help clear bases with a lot of air units. However, I could see a world where singularities are better tanks than undyings due to their aoe healing pulses.

You know who's missing from this epilogue? Alarak. I know you already did full Tal'darim comp, but it'd be fitting to show Amon the true Chain of Ascension.
Yes, he specifically made sure before sending them in. The shuttle might just be bugged, which is a shame cause otherwise it is a cool idea. I think it might actually have to do with a specific upgrade, the one that allows it to auto-seek and detonate. Because in the mission where Grant first got the shuttle, it was launching disruptor shots left and right.
there is nothing more satisfying than seeing 2 world scorchers 2-tap a rectangle of hydralisks. Zagara feels like that noob of the team who is just happy to be there with her friends.
Amon's Fall - A mission where big flying rocks are your targets normally. Sounds like the Scout's revenge! Hunting them down wherever they are, and filling them full of AM missiles.
You wanted to go ground here, so maybe try it on the next one though i warn You, i have spend hours on this last mission and just haven't been able to beat it You might need to pick the big guns
Normally you play as the terran, and i think those bonus do basically nothing (beside some achievements i think) so my guess its the modder didn't bother to add a bonus for terran or removing the ones for the others.

i noticed while watching that it seems like the disrupter projectiles were just hitting the ground below the shuttle and detonating right away

agreed, especially when you are meant to rely on your allies to protect you as you work on objectives, like with this mission
