I played against Heaney a few times as a kid when he was playing for his local team walker. We were the U14s he played the first half scored about 7, danced around us all then at half time he'd switch over to the U17s team playing next to us and he scored another handful, great talent

+John Hough England won in '66 because of a referee miscommunication and hatred for Germany. Even though they did win it, it's all about the present, and getting knocked out by Iceland in the Euros isn't particularly showing that England is good at all these days.

i used to play professionally but never made it into a career and I have to say I was better than these players.
Well clearly you wasn't that is why you didn't make it
its actually 'you weren't' and I succumbed to injury so say what you will
its not an excuse its a fact I got injured and again I'm not hating them at all but the standard is poor which should be pretty evident to anyone who knows anything about football.
