An easy Solution For Pakistan Is:
Ban the export of all raw minerals
1. Open 3-4 steel mills ( For local iron ore process from KPK and Balochistan )
2. Chromite Industry
3. Copper Melting Industry
4. Process Semi Precious and Stones ( Open a market something Burma Jade Market ) For Chinese people.
5. Increase Tourism.
6. Improve Agriculture.
There are more other ideas I can share.

In all government, semi government and state owned institutions are loss making due to nepotism,over employment and political affiliated workers they don’t like to work,join political affiliated unions, takes salaries every month without any work.government should sold the shares of 55 percent of these companies with the change of management to the private sector.

As a pro state capitalist I totally accept that IPP scandal is the most vicious deal in the face of Capitalism and there are other flaws too; but it should also be not forgotten that public sector also need reforms which will not be solved by unions but by strong accountability and planning.
I study in Karachi University where you can find diverse unions from student, teachers, employees to transport and more yet one of the disgusting place for education, while IBA within it's premises receives foreign students and world quality education.
