I've been doing all your DR videos for about 2 months & this one was my favorite! Thanks to you I've gone from a 3.5 finger gap to a 1.5 in just about 10 weeks. Thank you for all you do!!
Just did this quick workout. I love the simplicity and effectiveness! Struggling at 6mons postpartum to lose my baby weight + pandemic-related weight, but workouts like this are helping me regain my self-confidence and feel like myself again. Thank you Jessica!
Thank You^ Jessica! For easy light and very helpful workouts !!!! Please, continue with Barre classes! So feminine and strong in the same time! Thank you!
Jessica, I love how simple this workout it so follow so moms can really focus on activating their core! It's actually great for anyone who needs a gentle routine to get them focused and centered. Awesome video!
Thank you!! I definitely have DR and am so stressed about healing it so that I can not worry about doing activate things with my kids. We love to be active and I’ve begun to worry that I’m making it worse. I used to have VERY fit abs. It makes me so sad to tell my kids no when I used to be able to do everything with other peoples kids. I just want to be healthy and strong for them and myself! Dance has always been one of my favorite fitness styles. This really had me feeling it and hopefully that I’ll see results before my kids are in middle school.
Love this. Ha, would you believe I didn’t even know what a barre class entailed? I hear the term all the time but never looked into it so I’m very happy you put this out ☺️
Embracing Harvest | Organic Gardening, Seasonal Recipes I used to do Barre at Yoga By Sarah when I was in Niagara... I love barre! Although, like any class you have to find the teacher you like! Thanks for watching :)
Kinga Gorski Thanks Kinga! Yes... so challenging :) My hubby once took a ballet barre class as “a challenge” for an article he was writing and it totally kicked his butt 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks so much! 😘
If u have more ballet videos like this let me know i love ballet when i was 5 and 6 years old or make more videos simliar to this . I feel like this is low impact plus easy to do when on the go even with a 3 year old . Im doing this just in case i have a dititis reti .
Hi Jessica thank you for these videos.I am mother to two kids and its 4yrs now.Recently i was going through your videos to help me flatten my mummy tummy.I am new to your channel and wondering if i can reach my flat tummy target with all these varied workouts. Thanks😘in advance.
Hello! Exercise is part of healing "mummy tummy" and these exercises will help. If your "bulge" is from DR then these exercises and avoiding movements that cause "coning" will heal it and flatten your tummy. If your tummy is from extra weight, skin or bloating then you would need to lose weight or fix bloating to completely.
I’m so so excited I found your channel filled with so much valuable information! I’m 16 months postpartum with my third and realized I have DR. I had a lot of difficulty doing the elevator Kegels. Couldn’t seem to go beyond “first floor” and on the way down could barely feel it. Help! What are some pelvic floor exercises I can do to help strengthen that area that as a result will help with my Kegels? Thanks so much!💜
Already 18 years up giving birth to my second daughter, I have loose sagging belly and I feel that my tummy muscles are separated and I’m 52 years old, will this work out video help me to get back flat tummy. Please do let me know what type of workout I should do.

Hi Shruthy, how are you?! No, I would avoid if it’s causing coning. Are you activating your core first? If not, ensure you are activating. If you are then avoid until there isn’t coning. If you still aren’t sure a physio would be s me to assess you ruclips.net/video/2ZJQgqOYNZ0/видео.html

(Your pregnancy routines were very helpful thank you!)
Hi I will have the surgery to close my hernia and the diastasis. Do you think I could do this exercise after a month from the surgery?
Had my 5th baby 3 months ago. Not sure how large the gap is but I hope this helps. Is it normal for your legs to hurt more than your core?
@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I have tried this and my stomach is not flat. Do you know why?
Wow! Felt that sumo squat.
How soon after birth do you think it is OK to do this class?
Hello. I’m new here. Is it still applicable 2 years post baby?
Loved this workout! I would love to see more 10-15 minute workouts for when I just have a quick minute with the kids busy!
Thanks Mary! I have several in the postpartum workout playlist and I will have more 10-15 min ones coming!
Where do you learn the 3 levels of kegals?
How many times a week do I do this?
As many as feels good! I have some moms that do it daily or even mix up videos 2 x per day and others do it 1-3 x per week :)
Do I do this also during pregnancy or just after?
