Hi I installed this in my Toyota CHR, it works fine but whilst I am driving the tailgate suddenly starts beeping and it opens to quarter position, then i have to turn off by pressing switch. Any advise would be most helpful.

I took a tailgate it's not closing completely. However the company is claiming that it's of Kia seltos. Can u pls suggest me as how to install it. Even after the struts are completely at the close position the tailgate is not not closing. 5 cm space is still remains even after closing the struts Plz suggest me
