This is not so if you have a histamine problem. Tomatoes and citrus among a lot of other foods have high histamine’s. A lot of people who suffer from asthma have also too high hitamine levels.
I like Mediterranean and I do a lot of plant-based and I have a steak a couple times a year and chicken three or four times a week It’s a matter of picking and choosing, and doing the best you can for your lungs like the video said it’s all about inflammation the more inflammation you have, the more times you have to use that puffer I like to run marathons and cycle. I’m 65 years old.
