If this theory is true, and they reactivate the redline and it goes back in orbit, then the water level would fall significantly and probably reveal ancient islands that have SWALLOWED UP by the sea.

This would also make sense of why compasses don’t work, and why you have to navigate with a log pose. There’s a giant electric current running down the center of the planet overpowering its magnetic poles, so if you sail perpendicular to it your compass would spin in circles, because the magnetic force would be in the upward direction.
I 100% support the Dyson Sphere theory

@KOL You forgot to mention that Fishamn island gets light from the eve tree it seems likely to me that the roots of that tree reach to the sun at the center of the planet which is why it glows brightly enough to act like sunlight

There's a little tidbit from early in the series that never made it into the anime for some reason.
When the Strawhats first approach the Red Line in the series it's explained that the climates in each of the thousands of sections on top are all radically different... Almost as if the Red Line was constructed from thousands of different islands and each retains it's original seasonal patterns.
it has come out that Oda told toei what to animate. which is why even filler scenes are canon, Oda is trying to play

@@zpongu this was early days, ill have to deep dive but it was something one of the OP community guys said i just dont remember if it was KOL or someone else. but they did say there was some things purposely left out in the anime cause Oda thought people would catch on.

An AC makes more sense than a former moon being turned into a line, the structure would have already been there, just waiting to be brought down.
One other thing i'd like to add about Bege's "landmass": i believe we've seen it elsewhere, in the hieroglyphs Enel discovered.
There also seems to be two ships depicted there, and i'd wager the second is under Imu's control, used against Lelucia.

Our man Chris here got a glimpse into Oda's mind. That the red line is is an AC makes so much sense why every island has its own isolated whacky weather, it was brought down during the ancient War, and is now wreaking havoc.

Yea, this connects far too many dots to not at least hitting in the ball park of what Oda is cooking.
Theres a lot of strong evidence to connect all these events. Whats seemingly was always choked uo to the Grand Line having weird weather phenomena finally has an interesting answer to it. I thought it was just the Red Line but this theory is so much bigger!!!

Craziest Theories I heard back then
1: The planet used to be a Saturn like Planet and the it was transformed into the current planet, hence the Red-Line
2: The Original Planet was all water and Aliens/New Inhabitants added all the land(s)
3: The planet is A LOT bigger than we realize, and the Planet is a transformed Sun and the reason why we have a Sun is because the Solar System used to be a Bi-Polar System (which irl, is the most common type of solar system) and it explains these monstrous beings and isalnds in the world because they would never work in an Earth size planet.
Buggy will awaken the Chop Chop Fruit and then of course chop the red line into perfect cubes like the ones on egghead and send them to orbit
The problem with Nolan's theory is that the knock up stream water would be boiling hot to build that much pressure. It looks like regular cold ocean water.

Edit: if vegapunk was able to figure this out Dragon and the rev 100% know about it. That makes the revs devil fruits so much more logical and focus on getting people to saftey through tunnels, crows and ralying with bettys fruit.

What ima bout to say is a huge stretch, but I was looking at the different vegapunks name, and thought up a name with their first letters, I got to Paleys. I'm missing a letter, but there's a few William Paley's, one being a philosopher and the other a filmmaker, but there's also one that was a broadcasting executive. The one particular guy is also known as William S. Paley, which then would solve my missing letter. He was the one that built Colombia Broadcasting System, so I wonder if it's a reference to him at all haha

My stance on your theory is that it's fantastic! Love it. I have a feeling oda went even just a little deeper than a dyson sphere though. Portals. Gateways. Alternate universes. Teleportation. Eternal flames. Psychic snails. Willpower. Genetic keys. Devil fruits. Just need to dig a little deeper and it's right there.
