There you could have kept the concept of Hody being a blinded super racist but it would also ironically explain how Hody had no freedom or autonomy even though he resisted humans. One thing I will add about the theory that "Imu created the Red Line"...
      Lunarians existed on the Red Line in a Kingdom of Gods before Mary Geoise according to Whitebeard, so when did Imu create the Red Line? Did they create the Red Line far in the past at the genesis of the world and then progress his plans when the world developed and Lunarians had then settled there?
      Maybe the Lunarians were made extinct on the Red Line by the original WG led by Imu to use their flames to power a certain weapon in history. Alber was experimented on at Punk Hazard to find a way to replicate the Mother Flame to power this weapon again to reshape the world. (And create the Seraphim)

    In hindsight, virtually every one piece arc somehow touches upon the ideas relating to the world flooding.
    The Baratie is a floating restaurant, presumably fully self sustainable from fishing and cooking.
    Thriller Bark was on an even bigger scale, as Moria somehow had the foresight to have a whole island as a ship.
    Skypia with enel destroying people’s land and forcing them to take to the seas.
    Water seven being an island that constantly has to build up upon itself to avoid the rising tides.
    Enies lobby being an island floating above a crater in the ocean.
    In marineford, whitebeard used the tremor fruit to nearly sink the island.

Dont forget that it literally is shown multiple times in the story that alot of people did not believe in the fact that the One Piece existed. It wasn’t until Whitebeard verified it to the world that it does exist where now EVERYONE believes it.
      Who tf is going to believe Roger if he said the world was going to sink? He would just seem crazy since there was nothing to back up his claim and he was a pirate so people would just think he said it to scare the public. The Pirate Era that Roger started wasn’t ignited just on the premise of “yeah there is definitely a treasure so lets go get it”. It was the fact that there was a mystery and adventure to be had. People heard Roger’s words and they wanted to go out on an adventure to find out whether or not it EXISTS. Its the same in the real world.
      We had a real life One Piece scenario a couple of years ago where some old rich man basically told the world he hid a treasure worth millions of dollars somewhere within the mountains of Washington and a ton of people went to try and find it. Nobody knew it was real but because this man was wealthy, it was assumed by some to be true and the prospect of adventure ignited the flames for alot of people to try and find it. It got found by someone a while after and it confirmed it was real. The prospect of going on an adventure to find treasure will make anyone brave enough to try and look for it. Now if that same man said “oh yeah uh the world is gonna end” nobody would have believed him.
      People do not believe the worst is coming unless it is from a legit source. A small few may have believed Roger but the vast majority wouldn’t have. People however are intrigued of the aspect of going on an adventure to find a lost treasure and so as long as there is some sort of source, aka the person who had the treasure saying “yeah I left it all somewhere lol go find it”, people will run to try and find it

I feel like there are still pieces left for this ending to put in like Pluton, How is Noah going to even save everyone in time and some other things but with what we know, this is genuinely an amazing theory for the ending. Blackbeard will get Pluton (and possibly Shirahoshi/Poseidon), control the seraphim, gain access to Mariejois, kill Imu, and become the new god of the One Piece world. I'll be up to Luffy to defeat him and end his reign of terror on the world.

    Wow. What a theory, i really think that‘s it. One addition/correction I would suggest is, that instead of Luffy defeating Imu thus making the red line disappear, Momo and Zunesha will destroy it. Pluton has to have some relevance going further in the story, and remember that Zunesha is heavily implied to be able to break the barriers of wano, so it‘s not too farfetched that he has to power to do the same with the red line. pluto is also the greek god of the underworld, so it seems to fall in line with zunesha having some kind of earth powers.
    (with shirahoshi commanding sea beasts, momo commanding zunesha it makes me wonder if imu as uranus would have had an ancient beast aswell, that correlates to the sky. maybe og joyboy was able to defeat it thus slowing down imu‘s plan of flooding the world)

    Imu could have a Mythical Zoan df Model: Jormungander(doubt i spelled that right). The giants call the red line the “Great Red Serpent”. What if that is meant to be taken literally?
    Imu could have a passive ability related to his/her df that creates land, similar to Luffy’s “Toon Force” ability or Kaidos Blast Breath , etc etc.
    This could allow Imu to wrap themselves around the planet(similar to actual norse mythology) and create a massive land mass emanating from imu’s body that results in the “Red Line” being formed.
    That would explain why Imu can’t leave because if they did, it could risk the red line disappearing entirely.
    With a land mass the size of the red line, t could easily displace enough water to sink a large majority of a massive continent, leaving only the leftover “islands” that were high enough in altitude to escape the initial flood.
    Imu and the gorosei could be trying to further that agenda and finish off the rest of the islands that are still above the sea with whateverr technology and power they can get their hands on.

Your theory assumes that the one piece will be found after defeating IMU but it doesn't mention the Road Poneglyphs and laughtale and what roger saw there. Also what role will Blackbeard play? Also, What is the origin of devil fruits and Imu and the Gorosei? What about the other races that were wiped out. What about the moon and its relation with blackbeard? So I think that a lot of what you said is definitely true especially the part about the Noah arc and Shirahoshi but there is still a lot to be discovered.

  • @ejelder
    @ejelder Месяц назад +3

    If this theory is correct (and I’m really buying it) I wonder if Whitebeard put the pieces together after his picnic with Roger, and whatever they discussed, and that motivated him to protect Fishman Island.
    Don’t get me wrong, Whitebeard is certainly altruistic enough to strike up a friendship with the fishmen and offer them protection even without a secondary motivation. But, depending on how much he learned from Roger about the World’s history, that could have really been an eye opening moment for him… saying this too because I’m pretty sure it fits perfectly with the timeline

    • @sonofcronos7831
      @sonofcronos7831 Месяц назад

      It was because he was altruistic.
      People have given weird reasons for certain behaviors for the characters. For example the new theory now is that the world nobles suits are actually dive suits (?), when oda created that suits to show how wicked they are in their superiority complex, because they dont want to breath the same air as commoners (stated in the first chapter they appear).
      And now Whitebeard only protected them because of Noah? This is the same idea that Sengoku threw around that Whitebeard acepted Ace only to make him the pirate king, when that is false. Characters dont need to have a indepth reason to do everything.

    • @ejelder
      @ejelder Месяц назад

      @@sonofcronos7831 I don’t understand the toxicity in your comment.
      It is totally possible that Roger and Whitebeard had their picnic, that made Whitebeard more interested in visiting Fishmen Island again, and while he was there he witnessed a pirate/slaver raid and offered them protection moving forward. He could still be entirely motivated by moral behavior rather than “just to preserve the Noah”
      Now the timelines could match up by coincidence (we know the Yonko were already claiming territory in the New World before Roger found the one piece, so we can’t wholly attribute it to the start of the great pirate era).
      But the main reason for my comment is that Whitebeard didn’t claim FMI until after his picnic with Roger. Not to say he only have bad intentions for his reasoning. Just like your Sengoku/Ace example-Whitebeard was a good father to Ace because he was a good guy who wanted Ace to have a life where he was loved. But there’s probably some truth in the fact that Whitebeard was going to have some interest in seeing the kind of person Roger’s son was either way…

    • @sonofcronos7831
      @sonofcronos7831 Месяц назад

      @@ejelder Whitebeard did not acted after the reunion with Roger. His reason is explicity stated in the story: after Roger died, the greate pirate era began, and them there was no much pirates going to the new world that a lot of fishmen and merfolk were enslaved and suffered as result, so Whitebeard had to act.
      Basically, the result only became really bad at the start of the great pirate era, he had no reason to act before.

    It is interesting to think about the connection to the ancient weapon Pluton. It is said that Pluton resides below Wano.
    Maybe it will be reveald that the biggest part of the Ancient Kingdom is below the current sea level, on the same level as Fishman Island .Where as many ancient ruins were shown in the cover story arcs of Jinbei and the Oktoguy (forgot his name lol). Therefore, if the current water level will be lowered way down to Fishman Island, literally connecting it to the surface world, additionally, reaving all of the "massive" Ancient Kingdom.
    This will also reveal the entirety of Wano on the bottom of the sea (maybe where Kaido and Bigmom are chilling now). Hinting that they were using the same strat, to build higher and higher to avoid the flooding but therefore getting smaller and smaller.
    With the reveal of Full Wano, Pluton will be revealed too. With the logic that it is actually something massive directly below Wano and the country was build on top of it.
    However, I have no idea what Pluton actually is :D
    Maybe a weapon to counter Uranus? Idk.
    Does somebody has an idea?

      Pluton is either going to play a part in destroying the Red Line or be an antagonistic force via Blackbeard taking it and using it to try and destroy the Noah when it gets used.
      If Caribou ends up telling Blackbeard about Pluton’s location, he might just go to Wano and try to take Pluton.
      So basically the endgame events would have Blackbeard with Pluton, Imu with Uranus, and Luffy with Poseidon. Imu trying to sink the world with Uranus, Blackbeard trying to use Pluton to threaten the world by attacking the Noah while everyone is on it, and Luffy with the others saving people with Poseidon (Shirahoshi)

    As Poseidon is connected to a special ship, and Pluton itself is potentially a ship, maybe Uranus is also a special ship itself or related/connected to a third special ship. If theories are true that the One Piece world used to be one connected landmass but was then flooded by the war or briefly after the war during the void century, it'll be a nice idea to have the 3 ancient weapons being able to save the world from another great flood AND being able (either metaphorically/indirectly or even literally) to revert the world to one connected landmass.
    Poseidon supports the Noah in moving the people of the blue Sea around. Uranus is the third ship maybe helping to bring the Skypieans, Shandians and potential other sky races back to Vearth. Pluton, the potential battleship (?) protects these two ships and might be able to destroy the Red Line.
    Or: Pluton is meant for the people of the blue Sea, the Noah, guided by Poseidon is meant for the Fishmen, and Uranus is meant for the sky races.
    What do you guys think?

    What’s interesting is a lot of the islands that we have gone to are in someway protected from the flood. Zou is pretty obvious, dress Rosa has a landmass significantly above the water level, even alabasta’s castle seems to be on higher ground with walls built around it, water 7 is immune because it floats as iceberg is planning to make, Wano is already protected by flooding essentially, and Fishman Island is underwater. Even Crocus can just vibe in Laboon.
    So most of the places we know of are going to be fine. Noah is going to be for everyone else.

    • @sonofcronos7831

      Not if the flood is so terrible that is literaly destroy all of this places. Neither Dressrosa or Alabasta has what it takes to deal with the flood, and since they were responsible for the creation of the world goverment, they were not prepared for it anyway. Noah is likely built with the intention of surviving such a flood.
      Zunisha, Wano and Water 7 (because it has to have its payoff) are likely the few places that can actually survive the flood without the need of Noah, and both Water 7 and Zunisha can move so they can rescue a lot of people too.

    The ancient weapons seem to come from the same timespan that devil fruits and joyboy are from, just before the void century.
    I feel like it's more believeable that the ancient weapons were at some point meant to be used together and the current use of Uranus isn't what it was supposed to be.
    Why would Joyboy need a weapon that can drill a hole through entire islands, that doesn't fit his motives. Thematically it would also fit that one weapon each came from the sky people, the humans and the fishmen. And if Imu created Uranus why did they need to betray Joyboy? Something doesn't quite fit, but it's soooo close!
    My personal theory is that each ancient weapon was a child with the ability to talk to and befriend the kings of their biome, and all three were fans of Joyboy.
