Jimmy that video was a masterpiece. You were at ease, and looked to be exactly where you should be, doing what you should be doing. it was well-shot. It was interesting, even to the most casual racing, gaming or automotive fan. It told a story, and that story was more than the sum of its parts - it wasn't just the story of the day a simulator driver got a golden ticket, it was the story of a boy, who grew up to be a man in a shed, showing the world what he loves, and growing up all over again. It was natural, and yet made no attempt to deceive the viewer exactly how contrived it was. It was effortless, and yet the years of work that led to its creation shone through as a glorious back-light.
Well done, in sincerest terms well done.

I’ll be honest here Jimbo, it wasn’t just emotional for you, my guy. I was sitting here with a massive grin on my face while watching this.
Been here since before 100k subs and to see the journey you’ve gone through and the steady growth of the channel, it’s been a hell of a ride. From doing iRacing in a shed to becoming a GT commentator, buying your dream car, and now actually driving the Nord.

Christ though, reading an interview or two you did a while back, then seeing you appear places in real life, not just being there but being fucking awesome there, it's a great thing to see. I can relate to a lot of the shit in life, hard, but dam it's good to see a fellow wierdo kicking ass IRL.

Agree 100% Alex. In what reality does BMW just walk up to a sim racer and say, "Hey dude, wanna do a lap round the Green Hell in one of our cars?" I am seriously glad that I'm living in this one! That huge grin, the tears, the extremely positive feedback form Nicky Catsburg, this goes in the Sub-Zero box for me.
It's wierd to me that for all my life I've rarely been genuinely happy to see other succeed, saying congratulations mainly because its expected. With Jimmy its different, he's brought me so much happiness that to watch a video like this, where he gets to live out another one of his dreams, makes me so happy for him in turn, and eager to see what's next.

Formidable job for your first real Green Hell drive, looked pretty fast even though there was quite some traffic and safety margin. Pretty sure, with only a few more laps, confidence builds up and lap times go down.
Well done, I hope you enjoyed it. Never gonna happen for me, I'm even bad on Gran Turismo.

@@lvk104 believe me with the Simracing, you know that track, it shape, but when you enters it for real, nothing can prepare you for what you're about to experience. The track feel way more tight, the elevation is incredible (when you are in the compression of fuchsrohre, it's almost like you have a mountain to climb). But it's definitely a good tool to have an idea of what you're about to face.
