The only thing that ruins this model for me is the tail motor sound. Should be a belt or torqe tube tail
I would never buy a heli with tail motor, for the same reason. But this one seems quiet though.

This was a very nice flight with great skills in a very beautiful landscape. It seemed you were flying this heli manually without all the help functions like GPS and selflevel. Is this right? Astonishing that this big heli has a direct drive tail motor. Happy flights!
Thank you. You are right, I was flying in manual mode. I almost always fly my helicopters in manual mode. The direct driven tail motor works well indeed, the only issue was a terrible noise that was produced with the original setup. I greatly reduced the tail prop noise with a simple noise reduction method which includes changing the pusher tail prop configuration to a puller one:

@@AndrejSturm It is good that you can switch off GPS, self level and all this. They might me helpful for some pilots but for me they take away all the joy of flying a CP heli. I have heard about this method for the M2 V2. Fantastic that it works on this beautiful scale heli! Best greetings! 🙂
I just bought my first helicopter, the flywing Airwolf. I’m coming over from airplanes, so I don’t have many issues yet, but I don’t like the included transmitter. I’m think of buying a tx16 just for helis. Can I bind that directly to the stock receiver?
You can bind the TX16S radio directly to the stock receiver if you buy the 4-in-1 version of this radio which is equipped with a multiprotocol module.
What FBL are you using? Love this Heli but I fly Spektrum RADIO. Thanks in advance.
It has a stock FBL controller from Fly Wing - H1 Scale FC with GPS and a Flysky receiver.
What do you make of the problems that other owners have had?
