10/10 ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MOVIE! I felt like I went on a rollercoaster of emotion all while visually feasting on spectacular animation and cinematography. The LEGO Batman Movie, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Under the Red Hood
Justice League War. The formation of the Justice League against... Darkseid. Came out in 2014. Features Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Shazam, Green Lantern, Flash and Cyborg. Pretty good origin story.
The vast majority of DC animated features are pretty well done, with each iteration having a sort of shared universe thing going, while others are alternate universe stories. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that just came out was pretty solid too.
"Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox"(2013) "All-Star Superman"(2011) "Superman/Batman: Public Enemies"(2009) and it's sequel "Superman/Batman: Apocalypse."(2010) Some non-DC ones "9," "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish," "Inside Out," "The Incredibles," "Up" and "Wall-E." Excuse me if you've already seen some of these.
'Lego Batman' is great. 'Superman: Red Son' is fantastic. 'Spirited Away' will blow your mind. Two that I personally LOVE are 'Treasure Planet' and my favourite animated movie: 'Titan AE'. You can't go wrong with any of these.
10:50 She's in the Venom movies. So yes, she's already seen some shit. Spot just appearing out of nowhere is pretty tame for her.
Across the Spider-Verse quickly became The Dark Knight of all animated movies.
This was a really fun watch. I loved the movie the first time I watched it, but it's even better the second time around.
During the full Watch Along version on your Patreon, you made a connection between Miguel's theme and Prowler's theme. It's awesome that you noticed that. I also like how invested you are in the movie and the characters. I could see your concern for Miles throughout the movie, and your reaction to the cliffhanger ending was priceless. Beyond the Spider-Verse can't come soon enough.
P.S. You mentioned that you've never watched a LEGO movie... You definitely need to see The LEGO Batman Movie

I went and saw this when it came out in IMAX. Holy crap it was incredible, and when the "to be continued" popped up at the end everybody lost it.

I'm really glad you enjoyed this, I was pretty sure that you would. It always puts a smile on my face seeing a fellow geek/nerd enjoy anything. Some of the animation styles in this literally had me speechless they're so good...just like everything about this is great. Unfortunately the 3rd movie, 'Beyond The Spider-Verse' has been delayed but if it's as good as the first 2 movies, we could be looking at one of the greatest trilogies ever.
The colors are beautiful. Keep smiling. Hope you are doing well. Lego Batman gets my vote for your first Lego movie.
Lego Batman movie and Batman: Mask of the Phantasm should be on your list. Two of the best Batman movies made. They need far more love and respect.
I mean Gwen's dad still had to arrest her, has she is still the main suspect of Peter's death. Not to mention she ran away from the crime scene and that would be suspicious

Coming into the movie theater to watch this, I was a little nervous because I was wondering how they were going to be able to top the first one.
20 minutes into the movie, with Gwen having that standoff with her dad, I knew that they had already surpassed the first movie.
And it Just kept getting better all the way up to the final shot. I will seriously be surprised if it doesn't win the Oscar again.

As a Spidey fan since childhood, this is definitely a God tier Spider-Man movie since Spider-Man 2, Spider-Verse, and No Way Home.

i'll admit it took me till she mentioned comics con to realize he was in the wrong dimension. the first movie peter referred to comic-con and miles had no idea what that was. if comics-con was a thing he wouldn't have been confused so it was obviously a different dimension

Great reaction! I think this is the best Spider-Man movie but the best Spider-Man story for me is from 2018s Marvel’s Spider-Man on PlayStation.
Also the live action woman was from the Venom franchise, which is why she was not fased by seeing something so weird.
Thank you Unreal! I was never a big fan of Spider-Man prior to these movies to be frank😂But damn after I watched INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE I was hooked. Across The Spider-Verse did not disappoint, was literally everything I could've asked for. Can't wait for the next one! I have not seen Venom so...that checks lol. Thanks for watching

Miguel is right the Spider that bit him wasn't from his dimension but it wasn't his fault that it bit him the spot is the one who brought it into this dimension Like why did the spot do that in the first place !!!
Think my favorite part is the budding romance between Gwen and Miles. But to get it to move forward she has to make up all the betrayals she did to the poor guy. Including the action figure.
