@Akwasi Kufuor This general framework can work for both existing clients or greenfield. However, there are slight adjustments I would make depending on which one they are. Greenfield for example- my main message we be focused on how I will be their main point of contact at X company for any priorities related to X, Y, and Z (based on their title/position I would know what's typically important to them), so it makes sense to get aligned going forward For existing clients- my main message would focus on how we are already working with them, and how we have helped other similar customers expand on what we are already doing by working on related priorities which achieved X, Y, Z outcomes. So it makes sense to get aligned on these priorities going forward. This is a great question and I will be doing a video on this topic. Thanks for the inspiration!
