    Carnivore Stuffing Recipe:
    To begin…
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
Scrambled eggs with seasonings in butter. Cook completely but do not dry out or brown eggs. Add cooked eggs to blender.
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup cream
    1/2 cup shredded cheese
    2 tsp beef gelatin
    3 Tbsp egg white powder
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
Add ingredients to blender and blend on low to combine. Turn up to high to liquefy.
2 hotdogs (cleanest you can access)
    1/2 tsp baking soda
Add hot dogs in pieces and blend on low to combine, then high to liquefy. Add baking soda and blend on low to combine.
    1 tsp white vinegar
Add vinegar and blend on high 5-10 seconds.
Pour this mixture on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread out mixture to roughly 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until puffed and beginning to brown. Remove and chop into pieces according to your size preference. Return pieces to oven at 375F for 5-8 minutes to dry out.
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 Tbsp water
Beat well in a bowl to bake a cream custard base. Remove dried chopped bread from oven and add to large bowl. Pour over cream mixture.
Optional: Add 2 Tbsp pork panko or other meat flour
Mix cream base and chopped bread well. Place in a buttered baking dish (10” pie plate recommended) and press down. Optionally add cubes of butter to top of stuffing mixture (2-3 Tbsp total). Finish by baking at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until set and top is beginning to brown.
    Cool 3-5 minutes and serve.

For those who are having issues hearing this video, try listening to it through the speakers of your tv, phone, tablet or laptop instead of earbuds. I played it in my kitchen through my phone (on speaker) and had no problems. Im not trying to be rude at all...just trying to help. God bless you all and have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! 🍗🦃

Thank you. Many don’t understand that different speakers play different frequencies at varying levels. Oftentimes it’s their speakers that are the issue. Earbuds are notoriously bad and known for making audio levels seem unbalanced.

Our son always wants dressing for Thanksgiving, and as he's developmentally disabled, I don't think I could explain NOT having it because it's not good for us. In the past, I've just bought a box of stuffing/dressing mix for him & my husband to eat. But now that my hubby has discovered how much better he feels eating keto, I'm going to have to make a keto/carnivore dressing this yr! Your recipe is intriguing! With added sage, etc, for the iconic flavor. Thanks, Chris!

I didn’t find the hotdogs strange at all especially after you processed it, and said you could also substitute a pasty deli meat. My Mexican friend always used chorizo or a sage breakfast sausage in her stuffing or dressing. My mother cooked a package of gizzards and then put them through a food grinder to make them pasty. Do you think either of these would work instead of deli meat or hot dogs? Thanks for the recipe!

Know what I really appreciate about you and your recipes? I love how casual and calm you are!! Your approach is reassuring to those of us non-cooks who want to introduce carnivore foods to our families without having to stress over the recipes. You say to add about this amount but don’t worry about exact amounts. Knowing that there’s a “grace” range really helps my confidence. I’m the “Debra, from Everybody Loves Raymond” cook in the family so most of whatever I make ends up being a one-off!! 😂 I forgot that I’ll need egg white powder, and can’t get the affordable one before Thanksgiving, so I’ll have to wait for Christmas to make these recipes and can’t wait!!

Just wanted to let you know, I tried your carnivore dressing and mashed potatoes with our Thanksgiving yesterday. They were great! I made my “cornbread” a little finer, and seasoned it according to my grandmother’s recipe. It was a close as I think it could be, but guilt free! Definitely brought back memories. And everybody was amazed about the mashed potatoes.
An interesting discovery I made - if you use your “cornbread” dressing recipe and leave out the baking soda, vinegar, thin it with a little chicken broth, and don’t bake it, it makes an amazing gravy to put over the potatoes and the dressing!
Please keep doing what you’re doing! Happy Thanksgiving to you and Ash!

Honestly, whenever I saw "dressing" it was more like stuffing and mashed potatoes mixed together. So I always assumed dressing was something much different than stuffing.

@@ChrisCookingNashville You know in your heart that you are doing the right thing. It's a lifestyle not a diet. I've seen some carnivores go off the rails and eat tonnes of junk food. They are ones that need your recipes. There's a lot of black and white thinking out there. I think that's why of your recipes are disliked. Stay strong, and don't listen to them. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy new year. I'm sending hugs and love your way. 💗💕❤

I usually make a carnivore stuffing with pork sausage and crunched up pork rinds. This is a very interesting twist.

Love it Chris!!! If I cannot find Beef Gelatin, could I use Knox unflavored gelatin instead. If so, would the measurements be the same?

Good stuff! Not a huge fan of stuffing so a little goes a long way for me. IDK if it's just me or that I use headphones but a lot of your content is in mono. The music is fine but the voices are mostly mono (some switch back and forth). Not a deal breaker but it makes it hard to follow sometimes for me.

Just started the video, first thank you for sharing! I call it stuffing too even if I know better lol. I think the secret ingredient is going to be pork rinds, though that is probably too easy of a guess 😅 - was something I was thinking of playing around with for my stuffing this year.

I’m so bummed that everything includes eggs, I’m just starting to add them back into my WOE (I was told I was allergic though testing) I hope to get to where I can have more, but don’t want to over do it. I’m more keto though and found a veg dressing I think I will try. You are so great at putting things together and come up with these great recipes and I’m sure the people that can do eggs will enjoy it.🧡

The sage is an addition I would have to add for me or it will not taste like dressing. Its not carnivore but once in a year will not kill me or my weight loss. 😂

QUESTION: I want to make ahead carnivore Thanksgiving dishes as much as possible. Could you tell us which recipes will do well as “make ahead and reheat “ items??? I’m planning on a “Chris Cooking Nashville” Texas Thanksgiving!
    1. Carnivore mashed “potatoes “
    2. Carnivore “stuffing/dressing “
    3. Your Carnivore gravy
    4. Carnivore “rolls”
    THANKS AGAIN CHRIS!!

      Hello! Thank you so much!
I’d say stuffing and gravy would be great made ahead of time. The other two can be done but it takes more work to reheat them properly. I’d try to make those day of if possible.

Thinking the addition of cooked, well chopped giblets would be a great addition. Possible I may need a bit more broth so dressing won’t be dry? I’ll let you know what happens 🤣
