When a client reschedules a meeting through our round-robin on Calendly, the integration in your video enters a new deal in Pipe. Meaning we have quite a lot of duplicates going on clogging up the pipe 😄 Any suggestion on how to fix this in the zap?
Great video, thanks! However, adding the activity in the end now creates a second event on my calendar, one created by Calendly and then the activity created by Pipedrive. Is there a way to have the activity in Pipedrive recognize the Calendly event as a valid activity instead of adding a second one?
In your Calendly settings, I'd recommend customising this so that you don't sync the activities related to your Calendly calls (this is what I do). I use a separate activity type called 'Introductory Call' which doesn't sync to my calendar.
Hi, great video and really helped me. A couple of questions: 1) the phone number field isn't showing up in pipedrive even though that is something the calendly invitee has to answer. The name and email do show up however. 2) The new deal only shows up on their contact card and not in the visual deal page I have set up. Please help.
1) Try clicking the arrows at the top of the person box and you can expand the area to show all fields. You should see the phone number there. 2) Do you have multiple pipelines? If so, check you're looking at the correct one.

How about If I wanted to see or connect all of my calendly link.. Not just demo call on your part. Does this cause double booking? Currently we are experiencing double booking. Any suggestions. We are using calendly embed to our website. Then automatically added to our pipedrive. Also some advisers using the Pipedrive to schedule a meeting. All their calendar are synced to calendly and pipedrive. Thanks in advance 🙏🙏🙏

For the life of me I cannot get the first filter to word exactly as outlined in your video. Only continue if: 1.Event Type Name (text) Contains ...can't find simply Statement review. I have Event type Name Statement Review but it won't pass the filter as such....

I believe you can use Zapier on the free version but I'd suggest double checking.
I'm having an issue where the "phone number" section from calendly goes under "location" when in zap configuration. Do you have any input on this?
Hm, sounds like you have mapped the phone number field to the wrong field in Pipedrive. But it's hard to say for certain without seeing your Zap.

Yes, when someone books a call it creates a deal in my pipeline for the new inquiry.
