Hi Paul, been very much enjoying your videos. I was considering Hubspot but am going to get back into Pipedrive. Just as a friendly reminder, you're missing some timestamps. Have a good one!
Great video Paul. In a similar vein to synching calendars. What is your recommendation with contacts. Preferably I’d like my contacts entered in PD to synch with Outlook but not from Outlook to PD.
Thanks for your videos, Paul. I do use meeting scheduler so I need to have 2 ways sync. My problem is not getting 100% of my Google Calendar events uploaded into Pipe Drive. Any idea what could be happening? Thanks for your help and regards
Paul I took your suggestion and set up the one way sync with my Google calendar however my Pipedrive is still pulling in all my appointments including my repeatable appts ( this ones don't give me an option to click done in Pipedrive), any suggestions?
Thanks Paul for great explanations. I setup two-way sync with my Google calendar. E.g. I setup a zoomcall and invite by email a person from an organization. Result: The event is shown at my Pipedrive calendar, but it is not shown as an activity in the deal. I have to link the activity manually. - My mistake?
Paul if you have a meeting scheduled and the person missed it but we haven't rescheduled as of yet. Should I change the activity to now an email to reschedule or should I delete it and create a new activity?
If we do 2 way sync - Is there an option to select which type of activities will or will not sync over to pipedrive. For example, Often when I get an invite to a zoom meeting I have the option to save the details to Google calendar. Therefore, I would eventually want it to sync from google calendar over to PD.
You can choose which calendar to sync. This is good if you use multiple calendars as you can choose only a certain type of appointment to appear in Pipedrive.
Hi Paul. I'm not a Pipedrive user yet, but one thing I want to ask about from this video is about contact duplications. I have a few clients with multiple businesses, meaning that I may use the same contact for various companies. Would Pipedrive allow me to use the same contact over various companies and also provide those options correctly in the dropdown?
Assuming you manage the companies in the same Pipedrive account, yes you could create a deal for each company (when you're selling that companies service/product) and link the deal to the contact.
TY I am just starting with Pipedrive. I am loving your videos.
Glad I could help 😀
Just got Pipedrive today, this was very informative, thank you.
You're welcome 😀
Excellent. Thank you.
Thanks Glenn!

Great video, Paul
Thanks Michael 😀
Very well explained, thanks Paul 👍
Glad I could help Paolo
Thanks Paul. Top quality videos all around. Great info!

Thank you Elliot 🙏

The contact sync isn't very good. In order to sync from Pipedrive to Google (which is what I use) I use an app called SyncPenguin
Thanks
You're welcome 😀
Super clear videos, Really like how you share screen and yourself in the video - what software do you use to create that look in these videos?
Thanks, I use ScreenFlow. I have a video on it here: ruclips.net/video/sFDmcCBRUd4/видео.html

This is one of the limitations of the calendar sync which is why I'm not a fan. It only syncs with one calendar category.
Looks like this CRM is easy to use.
It sure is 👍

Apart from just completely disconnecting everything and trying again, I'm not sure. You may need to contact Pipedrive support directly about this one.

How did you set up the Zoom call? Did you create an activity, or send a booking link?

You could do either. It doesn't really make a difference.
I just downloaded pipedrive, but the phone app looks completely different
This video was made a while ago so it may look different now.
