Okay, this is my absolute favorite!! I’ve been eyeing these for awhile but haven’t been able to find a really good pattern. Thank you!❤
This was super easy to follow you explain things so clearly! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
I have a question! I'm starting my third row, do the trebles go in the space between trebles or in the top of the previous?
Hi! You will work your trebles into the top of the previous rows trebles.
I think being my size I need full coverage right down covering my bottom...lol but this is cute
You can absolutely keep adding rows until it is as long as you desire!
Really hoping you can help. What is the mulitple for this pattern? I am using a different size yarn and hook and need to make adjustments so the starting round is about 25% less long but then when i try and figure out the corners and making sure it will still end with the ch2 it just doesnt add up. Thanks im advance!
Hello! The stitch multiple (each block) is 3 sts... I would remove in multiples of 4 blocks (one per side). So 12 sts minimum, and then 24 for two blocks per side, 36 for three, etc.
Just wondering if it's really necessary to turn the work at each new row? Would the stit he's look more uniform or the same if you just continue in the same direction after joining the previous row?
I do know how to crochet quite well, but don't understand the reasoning for turning when you could go in the round. No judgment of course, I'm claiming ignorance here because I just don't know. And I really do think this is the nicest pattern and way of making this particular kind of shrug top! 😀
Sorry... *would the stitches look more uniform*
it keeps the seem straight, instead of diagonal.
I'm finished with the armhole and only get 60 blocks in size 2xl. I started the armhole round at 12, maybe I should do another round? The armholes doesn't count right? :) I'm struggling with what I could have done wrong :o Really loves this pattern though ❤ perfect for the summer!
Well another round would be the opposite problem I think.
Hello! I have double checked those numbers and 62 blocks is correct. Are you including the block in each underarm (where you ch-2 and skip sts to create the armhole) as those 2 blocks are included in the stitch count.
@@HeartHookHome alright! I did not, I was uncertain if they counted :) but now i know! Phew, thank you for answering :D 👍
Could it large?
She has a free pattern and explains how to make a large. I making a medium rn

As a clothing designer, I must say those tops need to at least come to the bottom of the bust.
As someone who goes to the gym, and wants something that doesn’t cover my sports bra but covers my shoulders, people prefer different things.
As a wearer of clothing, I must say people's tops should fit however they prefer.
And this is cute
People are free to make their clothes any length they so choose.
Personally I love it
It IS a STYLE….
