Hello Red, My hubspot is integrated to Dial Pad however when I am logged into Dial pad, I am not seeing the contacts from hubspot under my dial pad contacts. What am I doing wrong?
Is your Dialpad account a US account? We need to first know the account's home country so I can redirect you to the correct support channel. Call Center is an added feature of the Dialpad Talk Pro plan. You'll have to get the Call Center licenses to enable the feature.
@@reditgenius I'm not sure, My client told me to download the app on my desktop. When I make call it says to set up my dialer to an agent but I don't know how and my caller I.D was blocked

Each user in the paid account will need to have a Dialpad license in order for you to be added and start using the system.
