I think TNA are more willing to send the bigger names because it exposes the top stars in the company to a wider audience whereas WWE likely want to send wrestlers who aren't used as much to give them more experience.
Could you imagine how Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) & Ash by Elegance (Dana Brooke) must feel after either leaving WWE or not resigning that TNA ends up working with a company they left?
I'm being very biased, but Izzy Dame is from my hometown, so I think it's great seeing her in TNA. To me, it's just showing that she wants to get as much experience as she can and that she's taking wrestling seriously. She's not just taking the paycheck from WWE. If Dijak does get signed to AEW, in my personal opinion, he should NOT be an AEW guy. There's too much stuff going in AEW right now and he would definitely be lost in the shuffle. Instead, he should be an ROH guy. He's got lots of history in ROH before he signed with WWE, he can give ROH some much-needed star power and name value and bring a lot of eyes of that product.... a product that, let's be honest here, not that many people really care for nowadays. Why would WWE send their highest profile stars to a promotion that is undeniably smaller and has fewer eyes on it? TNA is the smaller promotion. It makes sense for the smaller promotion to send their bigger stars to the bigger, just as it makes sense for the bigger promotion to send their less used lower card talent to the smaller promotion to get ring time. WWE stands to gain nothing by sending their biggest stars to smaller promotions. I have to wonder if you guys put much thought into your commentary.
I still think WWE should send some bigger guys. It's an NXT x TNA relationship so they're not going to send big name main roster talent but would it kill them to send like. Baron Corbin? or Nathan Fraser + Axiom? something like that you know?
@@lilsunny7399 I'd be all for some mid-card WWE talent crossing over. That would actually be a lot of fun. Ricochet is a perfect example of someone who could do big things in TNA as a WWE guy. He has the spotlight and the talent, but lacks highly polished mic skills. TNA has some really good mic jocks, who could teach him some stuff, while learning from one of the best athletes in the business. Guys like Hendry could put on some bangers with a guy like Ricochet.

In the WWE/TNA deal, both sides are sending talent to lose at the other company's event. TNA can send their top names to WWE to lose in ways that won't hurt their reputations within TNA. For WWE, the same doesn't hold true.

Overtime most of us who were impressed with AEW have gotten bored of constant flips and no sells and competitive matches between champs and undercard goofs. WWE has less ‘impressive matches’ but all the little things that make most fans tune in week to week are there, ref. Punk v Drew. Amazing build without a single match.

That's my issue and that is what I want to see improve I don't understand this notion of seeing a wrestling company die because it's not good when in fact WWE was not too far from this not too long ago. I wish that Tony should just step back hire people to book the show and focus on rebuilding aew as a whole due to the fact that the two other shows are where most wrestling happened but no buildup actually happens.
