You might want to correct what you wrote in the description below the video. This interview was not from Hodgson's time as Crystal Palace manager. It was when he was managing West Bromwich Albion. And it wasn't a "humiliating defeat", he had just won 2-1 against Bolton. You can tell from the caption in the video iteslef (0:48), as well as the fact that Hodgson expresses satisfaction with the overall result (if not a certain penalty decision!).

How hard after all that happened before would it have been for the interviewer to say something along the lines of ' Roy, there appeared to be a contentious decision today. Do you believe your team deserved a penalty there?' But no. Of course the arrogant BBC employee wanted to continue playing the fool. I hate people like that.

When the footballing powers choose to cover up for (and so excuse) the blatant cheating that we saw beginning to creep into the the modern game around 40 years ago. Instead of stamping down on it as was actually required. The footballing powers actually ruined this once great game. And how was this done exactly? Well, it seems that the footballing powers made a deliberate decision to begin openly referring to all of the cheating in the modern game as GAMESMANSHIP, instead of cheating. Mainly in an effort to 'trivialise' the cheating that was becoming ever more noticeable. And so make it more socially acceptable. Just as the politicians also chose to begin referring to their non stop lying as SPIN. And the banking powers, their massive levels of fraud as MISS-SELLING.
