- HYPERIA at Thorpe Park has hit another milestone, as the track is now COMPLETE, making it the tallest coaster structure in the UK!
Join us for a second day at the park as we won't bother you with walking and a final shot, but for a total overview of the final day. From the final support going in, to the panel work around the station, to a smaller support coming off! We have everything covered.
Of course, we show you the full process of the 14 tonne top piece being lifted into place, on this special day for Thorpe Park. March 6th at 2.30pm is the crowning of the Hyperia Coaster, there is still a lot of work to do!

I've watched a few now, and I've not seen anyone putting bolts in.. is it just resting there supported by the crane?
Those guys in the 236ft cherry picker have got balls of steel, that's for sure!
Thank you! Some bolts did go in on track sides, however because they took the support out to get it in, that was being finished today and was held by the crane (I don't want to be on that cherry picker either!)

According to media articles reporting on Hyperia's completion, its track length is 3270ft. Though short by hyper coaster standards, thats still pretty long for a UK coaster! 😊

Hi awsome video i must say that Hyperia looks stunning i feel sorry for saw the ride it looks so small compare to Hyperia i cannot wait till it begins testing i would love to see what the trains are gong to look like i bet they will have white and gold on them to match the track
