Hey thanks so much for trying out my pasta recipe! I'm having so many comments today that you guys made them, love that our viewers keep me up to date on these things! I was laughing out loud when you called it a game to keep it in the square 😆 It holds up in soup and makes great lasagna and enchiladas, etc.

Those are my favorite noodles too. She has several versions, including one using about 3 ounces of cooked chicken with the eggs, and that worked fine but I prefer not to taste the chicken and the noodles tended to break more. This worked great for a stroganoff type of dish and I added some sliced mushrooms along with the beef strips, in a cream cheese sauce. Anita is not afraid to try new things and I love her sense of humor. I have tried a lot of her recipes and have not had a fail yet. Thanks for telling people about her channel.

This has been my only go-to noodle recipe since I found it on Ketogenic Woman's page last year. So easy. TIP!!! 1. I pour the batter in a moderate size rectangle to start and fill in the center when pouring the batter. Less spreading it out in the pan 2. I really use this recipe now for ROLL UPS. Pizza roll ups (think calazone style), ham and cheese, mexican chicken/veg and cheese (all precooked prior to rolling in the cooked dough). Once you add whatever filling bake until the cheese inside melts. Works great for all kinds of recipes. I even used an extra batch once and spread a thin layer of room temp cream cheese and berry puree and rolled up. Seriously... this simple recipe is a game changer!

We made these tonight as lasagna noodles. I will definitely be making them again! We got 3 long noodles from a single batch of noodle batter. I used a glass loaf pan and made 3 delicious layers. My wife loved it too, but said she didn’t know if she would like it as spaghetti with just sauce on top. Bottom line, this recipe is a keeper and one of the best homemade pasta alternatives I’ve made as well.
    Thanks for sharing ladies!

I tried these and liked them so much I invested in a silicone mat with sides. Found one on Amazon for about $17. *Finally* pasta stand-in that is good AND convenient, also not expensive with a bunch of scary ingredients :). Thank you! & for those that'd rather use weights (and I do, less to clean) it's 2 oz or ~57 g of cream cheese.

Hi, years ago when I first started keto and had no clue, I made a noodle in the microwave and my Keto lasagna was born. one large egg one tablespoon of sour cream and one tablespoon of almond flour (literally no salt or baking powder) blended in blender and poured into a oiled glass 9x11 Pyrex baking dish and microwave for 90 seconds or until set.
i left in the dish and added my keto pasta, cooked with meat sauce and then poured another
noodle as before right on top of the sauce and microwaved again until it looked like I wanted it to. i then added more sauce along with Parmesan and mozzarella and preceded to do this until I had a huge lasagna, enough to feet us for days. i just stick with it because it is simple and it works every time.

I really love your testing recipes. I love the honesty when you don’t care for something. I love egg wraps but I didn’t like “noodles” made with it either. I tried Wendy’s, from loving it on keto , recipe for enchiladas with the egg wraps and they were nasty. I like them in a sandwich but I don’t want them cooked or heated up in anyway. They are just gummy. I do like the science experiment noodles. Those were fun to make and they tasted OK. But this one looks very easy so I will try them. Thank you for sharing Anita‘s recipe. For some reason I missed it on her video. I love the banter between you two. My mom was a twin and I remember her and her twin having that same banter. ❤

I absolutely love this channel! Most channels say everything is good the. You buy the stuff to make it and it’s bad. If y’all like it, then I try it!

I’ve made one of her carnivore pasta recipes…the one without the pork rinds in it and it’s very good also. I will try this one as a comparison

I guess I'll have to try these. I've been reluctant because of the pork rinds. I love those gelatin noodles in cold salads, by the way.

The Ketogenic Woman also has a super easy noodle: one egg & one TBL mayo. Everything is the same with blending, silicone mat and bake @320 for 8 minutes.

I have used these noodles for chicken soup. My non keto husband really likes them better then other noodles.

I make these, but use mayo instead of cream cheese. i use my waffle iron and they make delicious buns for my eggs benedict, sloppy joes, burgers etc

That looks really good...but I have a question about the overcooked parts on the edges.
Seeing the texture and the snap, do you think if I made this, and cut it into squares or rectangles, and continued baking until it's all crisp... would those make good crackers?
I love cream of tomato soup, but it's gotta have crackers. And shredded sharp cheddar melted in the soup.
