Hey thanks so much for trying out my pasta recipe! I'm having so many comments today that you guys made them, love that our viewers keep me up to date on these things! I was laughing out loud when you called it a game to keep it in the square 😆 It holds up in soup and makes great lasagna and enchiladas, etc.
Thank you Ketogenic woman for allowing the share.
These are literally the best noodles I've ever tried and I recommend them to EVERYONE lol ❤️
Thanks for creating this great recipe!
I am now more curious to try your recipe. These two girls are smart and funny, and I keep coming back here for more of their antics. I watch you all the time, I love your channel too.
Saw this too and thought about how honored and happy you’d be! Yeah Anita ✌️🥰
OMG!! Ladies oh PLEASE do this recipe for lasagne!!! I would love to have a “real” lasagne again!! Thanks so so much for this, Im making this for spaghetti tonight!!
I have used this recipe to replace spaghetti to make Cincinnati chili, homemade chicken & noodles AND lasagna! I have been a complete noodle snob until now. THIS is a great find!
Those are my favorite noodles too. She has several versions, including one using about 3 ounces of cooked chicken with the eggs, and that worked fine but I prefer not to taste the chicken and the noodles tended to break more. This worked great for a stroganoff type of dish and I added some sliced mushrooms along with the beef strips, in a cream cheese sauce. Anita is not afraid to try new things and I love her sense of humor. I have tried a lot of her recipes and have not had a fail yet. Thanks for telling people about her channel.
This has been my only go-to noodle recipe since I found it on Ketogenic Woman's page last year. So easy. TIP!!! 1. I pour the batter in a moderate size rectangle to start and fill in the center when pouring the batter. Less spreading it out in the pan 2. I really use this recipe now for ROLL UPS. Pizza roll ups (think calazone style), ham and cheese, mexican chicken/veg and cheese (all precooked prior to rolling in the cooked dough). Once you add whatever filling bake until the cheese inside melts. Works great for all kinds of recipes. I even used an extra batch once and spread a thin layer of room temp cream cheese and berry puree and rolled up. Seriously... this simple recipe is a game changer!
We made these tonight as lasagna noodles. I will definitely be making them again! We got 3 long noodles from a single batch of noodle batter. I used a glass loaf pan and made 3 delicious layers. My wife loved it too, but said she didn’t know if she would like it as spaghetti with just sauce on top. Bottom line, this recipe is a keeper and one of the best homemade pasta alternatives I’ve made as well.
Thanks for sharing ladies!
I tried these and liked them so much I invested in a silicone mat with sides. Found one on Amazon for about $17. *Finally* pasta stand-in that is good AND convenient, also not expensive with a bunch of scary ingredients :). Thank you! & for those that'd rather use weights (and I do, less to clean) it's 2 oz or ~57 g of cream cheese.
I was just getting ready to make these. I ordered the silicone baking sheet with side walls, to make it easier. Anita shows this in her newer videos. Thank you for showing the test! BTW, I love Ketogenic Woman! Her recipes are so down to earth and good, and her personality is just so sweet and calm! Love her dog Teddy (Bear). He gets the crispy edges when she makes the noodles! ❤️🥰❤️
Thanks Judy! We will definitely be making it again soon! Great idea with the mat with the walls
We love you, and Anita from the Ketogenic Woman!
🤗🤗🤗
After a long day of adulting, I love seeing a keto twins episode in my queue! You never disappoint - thanks ladies!
Awww thanks Kelly! That means a lot to us :)
I love this recipe because it's sooo easy and quick to make - it also works without the pork rinds if you run out of them
Oh really? Ok, good to know! Thank you!
Using this recipe for lasagna is the best! You really can't tell the difference and it takes less time to bake. You only need about 25 minutes instead of the 45-60 that regular lasagna takes. It sets up very nicely!
25 mins?? Good to know! Thank you!
I’m eating her noodles rn..she’s got awesome recipes and personality
I love Anita from Ketogenic women! She has so many wonderful recipes
Maybe one day you could do a video on how you are growing herbs in the back round there.
www.Ketotwins.com/farmstand :) if we do make a video it will probably be on the other channel (technically keto)🤗🤗
Initially I thought you were holding a microphone, but then I realized it was a kitchen utensil 😂😂😂
PS ,,basil makes everything better.
I love Anita on Ketogenic Woman. She makes great recipes and explains everything so well, just like you both do. She also has quite a sense of humor like you also!
LOVE ANITA!! Thank You for show casing her & her creation! She is a carnivore queen!
Hi, years ago when I first started keto and had no clue, I made a noodle in the microwave and my Keto lasagna was born. one large egg one tablespoon of sour cream and one tablespoon of almond flour (literally no salt or baking powder) blended in blender and poured into a oiled glass 9x11 Pyrex baking dish and microwave for 90 seconds or until set.
i left in the dish and added my keto pasta, cooked with meat sauce and then poured another
noodle as before right on top of the sauce and microwaved again until it looked like I wanted it to. i then added more sauce along with Parmesan and mozzarella and preceded to do this until I had a huge lasagna, enough to feet us for days. i just stick with it because it is simple and it works every time.
Can you slice that into thinner noodles, for soup or whatever? It sounds great.
Hi! This really looks delicious and easy too! I love the suggestion of lasagna noodles. I’ve been hankering for lasagna and this may just be my answer! Thanks, as always, for your great videos. And thanks to the Ketogenic Woman!💕
All I can say is I love watching you both. Great content. Been with you guys from the beginning. Congrats on the 100K +
Aww thanks Mia!!
I like this recipe, too. The texture is the best, IMHO, so far. Ketogenic Woman mentioned your test and sent me here. I'm planning to check in to see what else you girls are up to.
Your indoor garden is beautiful! We all love Anita @ketogenic woman, she has some great recipes!
Thank you! We are really enjoying it so far!
It looks great and legit like pasta..I'm going to have to try it, because there is no real good legit "keto Pasta" out there in the universe.
Thanks for making and tell us how it taste!
You might be pleasantly surprised by this one -also, the one made w/canned or ground chicken is really good =)
I really like these noodles! Glad you're trying them out, too. Anita, Ketogenic Woman rolls the cooked pasta sheet and slices the roll. Maybe that's easier? When I do that, it's still a little bit warm (not hot). Sorry if I'm repeating something another person may have told you. These are really really good! Thank you for testing them and letting us know how you feel about them! YAY! Helpful hint - give your dogs the dry ends as a snack!
Lol, I I thought that you were holding a microphone. It was the black chopper. I have one of those. I love it. It's great for chopping eggs for egg salad.
I love this pasta in lasagna! I even cut it into "fettuccine" pasta in individual serving sizes, and freeze them. Reheat in pasta sauce.
Wonderful to hear that this pasta replacement is really good. Definitely will try.
Hi Twins! Loving this review and what your viewers have to say abt it. I will never stop watching these "test kitchen" recipe reviews! Keep up the great work Girls! Tfs...
Blessings from Iowa, L
🤗🤗🤗
You can dehydrate your spices and have them that way to.
No melting is great!
Thank you for trying this recipe!
lol definitely give these a go… I’m thinking cutting them a bit shorter and using as egg noodles for Beef Stroganoff 💪
I just made these noodles. Wow! The best low carb I’ve made. The recipe is so easy. I will be making these again. Thanks for trying out recipes.
I was going to make the chemistry lab pasta 😂 now I’m making this tomorrow night. Thank you for this.
They are both really cool recipes! Definitely worth trying both!
The chemistry lab ones look more real, but I know myself......I'm never gonna get around to ordering those ingredients, lol.
I have ordered the ingredients for the science lab noodles, but I still haven't gotten around to making them. I will, I just haven't yet.
I subscribe to the ketogenic woman site and saw her do this recipe, but I didn't think I would like the noodles. Thanks for testing it. I may give it a try...even though I am super picky.
We really liked them!
Absolutely my favorite keto noodle.
Can’t wait to try this pasta replacement! Pasta and breads are the items I miss and I make homemade sourdough bread at least twice a month for all my family except myself…😂
Thank you ladies. Anita @ ketogenic woman is the best
Ketogenic Woman is THE BEST. Love her recipes and her sweet personality. 🥰
wow after the chaffle this is my nxt target to make from your videos. ty ty for sharing
i love your herb garden! it looks so nice
Hi, I’ve made these for quite a while now, they are the best noodle so far! They freeze really well and it also makes lasagna noodles seem like the real deal! I love these. I usually make a triple batch and make both noodles , package them up and freeze till next pasta night. I have tried them in chicken noodle soup and they are just ok as they have no thickening power at all. Thank you for all your experimentation. 😊
Good info! Thnx!
So glad u guys tried these! Ketogenic Woman has lots of great recipes! And she's a sweetie too, like you both are!
Love watching you girls, so fun that I made these noodles before you did ,I enjoy your chaffels
Also
🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hurray! Thanks, Sarah and Emily for fun new thing to try. I’m really excited! I have some pre made meatballs from Butcher Box (a fine Keto Twins sponsor), and I’m thinkin’ meatballs, sauce, and noodles is gonna happen! 😋❤
Ooo we will have to order the meatballs to try them!
@@ketotwins All righty, I can now report that the BB meatballs are super good! They have a nice flavor of sausage and sage. They cooked up really nicely, couldn't be easier. My hubby loved them, too.
I couldn't make the noodles, though, dangit, because I only had a tiny bit of cream cheese left in the fridge. I'll try them another day. 😁
yes! those meatballs are really good and super versatile, i threw some into some keto ramen i made and it was amazing as well. they’re great to have on hand!
Thanks guys. This looks great!
I think this would be good for ravioli also. I've watched Anita on Ketogenic Woman for a year or more now and enjoy her site allot.
This is my go to noodle recipe ever since seeing it on the ketogenic woman's channel when she first published it. It makes wonderful lasagna noodles and freezes well.
Glad to see you found it and like it too.
Will be trying these this weekend!!! Thanks for another great video!!
I just found your other channel. Yay more Keto Twins🎉
Aww thanks Dianne!!
Yay! Thanks ladies.... Love the test kitchen episodes!

Definitely try lasagna with these noodles or add it to chicken soup! It doesn’t melt and it holds their shape!! Also Ketogenic Woman has two other options for this recipe for noodles as well! You can use cooked ground beef or cooked chicken breast meat. Check out Ketogenic Woman’s ground beef noodles!
I’ve been following the Ketogenic Woman for a while, and this is my go to recipe for pasta. I also use this recipe for lasagna and love it. For those who think it might taste a bit eggy, I use 1 egg plus 1/2 cup egg whites from a carton instead of the three eggs.
Anita has some wonderful recipes, thanks girls for making these
Awesome recipe!! Definitely want to try this. Thanks for another great video!!!
Hi ladies always nice to enjoy another video 🤗🤗 very interesting and will try this. Thank you
🤗🤗 thank you Laura!
Yummy! Going to order pork rind right now to try it! You gals rock!!❤
I really love your testing recipes. I love the honesty when you don’t care for something. I love egg wraps but I didn’t like “noodles” made with it either. I tried Wendy’s, from loving it on keto , recipe for enchiladas with the egg wraps and they were nasty. I like them in a sandwich but I don’t want them cooked or heated up in anyway. They are just gummy. I do like the science experiment noodles. Those were fun to make and they tasted OK. But this one looks very easy so I will try them. Thank you for sharing Anita‘s recipe. For some reason I missed it on her video. I love the banter between you two. My mom was a twin and I remember her and her twin having that same banter. ❤
Thanks Rosemarie!!
@@ketotwins ❤
I made this tonight and used it for chicken and dumplings. Pretty tasty!
Thanks for the video ladies.
I think I'll try this one. I miss having fettuccine. Thanks for sharing this video.
You should get a old fashioned pasta maker. Save time . More even .
👍
Ohhhh I can't wait to try this! I want to make lasagna. Thanks so much for sharing! I had tried the noodles you make with the 2 chemicals and you squeeze them into water. I didn't care for them. I thought they were to spongy.
Good to know.....thank you!
@Keto Twins Regarding Pork Rinds😊. I have tried every brand ( some because of their low cost) the ones I LOVE are "Small Batch Southern Recipe" I think because they are fried in Sunflower oil and have some amazing flavors ( Kimchi bbq, dill pickle) they are my ride or die favorites! Made in Ohio!! Love you both!
Thanks girls 😘 I'll give this a try and see what I think!!! Kool idea 💡!!! Y'all are the bomb 💣💣💣
Can't wait to try this!
This is awesome, thank you for sharing. I wonder if it could be fed through a pasta roller to get the noodles smaller.
I am in love the basil plants, I would like to know the maintenance to keep it so pretty
It’s all on timers! We give it fertilizer once a week and will have to clean out the system in another month or so.
www.ketotwins.com/farmstand 🌱
You guys just crack me up! Thanks so much. Gotta try this one.
Definitely give it a try Faye!
Thanks for sharing, looks delicious.
Also try Anita's non-carnivore version! Really good, just as easy. You just need to wait a few minutes for the mix to thicken up from the psyllium. Anita is a noodle star. These are truly my fave, in terms of texture, taste, tweakability and being fast and easy to make!
I don’t have an oven, but this recipe works very well cooked on top of the stove with a non stick skillet or a cast iron skillet with a silicone liner.
I wonder if you let the whole tray crisp up if you'd have a cracker recipe? Can't wait to try these noodles! Thank you girls ❤️
That’s an interesting thought Bobbie!
Hmmmm........??🤔
Do you have a video of how you guys did that tower garden??? looks amazing!
We don’t have a video about it but this is the one we bought: www.ketotwins.com/farmstand we love it so far!
One thing that she has, is a mat with a “lip” so that you don’t have to worry about the batter running off the mat and making a mess. I am waiting for mine to come from Amazon and I will try this recipe again!
Thank you for trying these recipes for us, I’m not a fan of the eggs noodles either, but I do want to try these, and I absolutely love ❤️ you two, you always brighten my day, I love the faces y’all make and the fun you make these videos, ty so much
🤗🤗🤗🤗
I made Ketogenic woman’s noodles from the can chicken recipe and used them in Lasagna. They were great! I need to try this one. Thanks
Can't wait to try this. The squirt bottle noodles I like but they end up being too wet for pasta use for me.
Looks great! Can we substitute almond flour for pork rind dust?
Wow!! That looks great, definitely trying that 😀
This looks good, gonna make it. I've also made noodles from a Cooking With Mel video - egg, almond flour, cream cheese I think ... I forget what else. You pour it out and bake it the same way. These noodles are good - but this one may be better.
I will try this, thank you
I can’t wait to make this!!! Looks delicious!!
I absolutely love this channel! Most channels say everything is good the. You buy the stuff to make it and it’s bad. If y’all like it, then I try it!
Aw thanks Ryan!
sounds interesting 🧐 I’d love to have lasagna again !
Oh My Goodness, this recipe makes me HaPpY ❤ Thank You for trying them out. Yum!
Looking forward to trying this since you mentioned it doesn’t taste like pork rinds bc they make me gag!
Can't wait to try it .
I’ve made one of her carnivore pasta recipes…the one without the pork rinds in it and it’s very good also. I will try this one as a comparison
I guess I'll have to try these. I've been reluctant because of the pork rinds. I love those gelatin noodles in cold salads, by the way.
I like emily's facial expressions.
The Ketogenic Woman also has a super easy noodle: one egg & one TBL mayo. Everything is the same with blending, silicone mat and bake @320 for 8 minutes.
I have tried this and I think it is great.
I have used these noodles for chicken soup. My non keto husband really likes them better then other noodles.
Chicken and dumplings would be good.
I make these, but use mayo instead of cream cheese. i use my waffle iron and they make delicious buns for my eggs benedict, sloppy joes, burgers etc
That looks really good...but I have a question about the overcooked parts on the edges.
Seeing the texture and the snap, do you think if I made this, and cut it into squares or rectangles, and continued baking until it's all crisp... would those make good crackers?
I love cream of tomato soup, but it's gotta have crackers. And shredded sharp cheddar melted in the soup.
