I learned to make carnivore egg noodles a couple months ago from eggs, egg whites, and beef gelatin. They are made as a "pancake" and rolled and sliced thinly. The best ever sauce is carbonara: cream, sour cream wirh one egg and parmesan cheese, plenty of freshly ground black pepper beaten over plenty of good bacon slices thinly and fried, then add pasta and toss to be heated them egg and cream mix over top, to hot, then serve with plenty of parmesan cheese...yummm!
I love how his kid is so excited and sweet and just digs right in, happy to get to enjoy his food. Lol. He doesn't complain, is appreciative and seems like such a sweetie pie. Give him hugs for us, doc! Good job on raising that young man!
I made this but with a pork sausage cream sauce…AMAZING!!!! I also made Chaffles…with hamburger…and with bacon and egg…life changing…I do not feel the need to go off of this way of eating…and my joints are pain free!!!

WOW!! This is AMAZING!!.. We made this to try and ended up making a big batch and taking it to friends for supper!! It was a HUGE success.. I added some white wine vinigar that was a gift ( 2 tablespoons ) to the sauce. ..and it was really good too .. either way .. THANKYOU Dr Baker and Roberta!!!
Excellent tutorial~ thank you! This can also be done in the oven, spread over a silicone mat, which tends to be easier for those of us who over-brown crepes on the stovetop😂 Same concept, bake for a few minutes, allow to cool some. Then roll up & slice into "noodles/pasta" ~just as she does here~ voila'! They really do take on the flavor of whatever sauce/meat it's served with. *Thank you for sharing the Greek spice Mahlepi, that's a new one for me- just found on Amazon, so will be trying that as well. =)
Those crepes could also be used as a carnivore taco shell, maybe cut up turned into carnivore tortilla chips if put in air fryer, super versatile! I love the look Lucas has lol...like he is saying "Dad, you do the talking, Im busy doing the eating!"

Dr. Baker, tell Roberta that I found feta cheese! Thanks to her explanation on yesterdays video there are fake “Greek cheese” made with cow cheese” the one I found is from sheep’s milk👍 and organic. I just had 25g as a dessert and it was very fulfilling. Thank you!
I feel like the easiest way to make a carnivore pasta sauce is to do an Alfredo. Just do some butter, and toss the pasta with pecorino Romano. Not Parmesan. I’m telling you pecorino Romano makes a huge difference. Way more flavor. Plus fresh fettuccini is a type of egg noodle just you’d be making it without the flour. You don’t even need to really use cream although you can I guess. I would just melt the butter and you wisk the cheese with the melted butter until it becomes sort of cream like and stir in your pasta.
Very helpful so that you can get more people to eat it.I can't get my family to just eat carnivore, So it's good to make that special effort for them. We want them all to be healthy, not just the ones that are willing to be carnivore. Thank you Shawn, for always giving us great information. @@elizabethk2072 It isn't muscle wastage... it's the lack of fat. When consuming a carnivore diet your body becomes "fat adapted" Meaning it burns fat for energy in the absence of carbs. And it's a way different kind of energy than carbs. There's no crash at all. It's literally saved my life living with Crohn's Disease.
That's a lie about pink Himalayan salt. They don't add anything to that salt. I add pink Himalayan salt to everything I eat, including in my coffee. Pink Himalayan salt is good for you.
I made some egg "pasta" just now to prepare for my food for dinner and opened youtube and this was recommended to me! It's crazy because I was just about to find a recipe with some ground lamb in it and if I could make a sauce without tomato! Either I'm being spied on or I just have that carnivore luck!
@@stevensonrf There is a "sketos" or plain version. I use this one. No pastry or water; just pure love. In fact, sketos has chocolaty overtones. Try it. I have Beethoven's version of coffee on my channel. (yes, the great Beethoven loved his coffee) 💯

Has anyone tried Ethiopian food? Very carnivorous. All meat is cooked with clarified butter seasoned with fresh chili peppers cooked in and rosemary in some dishes. They even make their own version of feta cheese. Some of their meats are even served raw. Mainly beef and lamb are their animals of choice.
🤢 I’d rather eat real food! There’s no substitute for real, healthy ingredients. If you already eat flour, then why wouldn’t you use a basic pasta recipe?

Slippery slope… we don’t need carnivore pasta or pizza any more than we need “fake milks” like soy, cashew, almond etc. As a new carnivore I’ve cut out all processed foods and eat as much as I need every day … no need for fake foods or treats… my good health is my treat!

Beat the eggs well beforehand and then slow fold in. I do it with fermented oatmeal and makes it extra creamy.

Paprika is made from dried peppers (night shades) and I’m sure sure a little tomato paste or tomato powder would work also.
