Re: teenagers. The best advice I was given when I was pregnant with my son was to always listen to him. Listen to what he says. Because when he’s 3, what he’s telling you is important to him. And when he’s 5. And 7. And 9. Etc. If you listen to what kids say as they’re growing up, then they’ll continue talking to you as teenagers because you’ve always made them feel as if what they have to say is important. My son is 14.5. We take hour long walks together each day in our neighborhood. He doesn’t always talk, but some days he does. He spent a solid mile the other day telling me about a story he’s created in his mind. Yesterday he told me about the upcoming Minecraft releases. He tells me about RUclips videos he’s watching. Thank you for nursing the bee back to health. And thank you for sharing the ocean with us. I miss getting to go to the ocean.
I love that you guys are always so nice to people on the phone and in drive throughs and things. Idk about anywhere else, but here in the US I feel like so many people are so incredibly rude to people in those positions and it just makes me feel like you guys are good people. Super random but I always pay attention to how people treat those in service.

Every Sunday morning I sit outside on my porch, drink coffee, and watch your blog. Nice peaceful time for me. I’ve been to Aberdeen, Scotland once, years ago for work. It’s so beautiful there. The girls took me out to tour the countryside while I was in town. So I toured a castle, saw the local football or soccer stadium, went to a whiskey distillery, a few pubs, a nice restaurant and I had fish and chips. If you and Jack ever get to travel to the US, you should come to Louisiana. For the best food, hit the Lafayette area. So good.

Loved the vlog this week! Not just this week every week! It doesn’t matter if you are relaxing at your house, doing some yoga or fast forward makeup! It is exciting that the world is opening back up! I am a house person with picking out new fixtures or painting the rooms! I sign for a new old house in a month and excited to be in the country more with sunlight and quiet but still close to town that it won’t take ages to get there.

Exact same thing happened with a wee bee in my back garden. He was exhausted and lying on the ground in the path of the back door so I moved him with a cloth even though I'm terrified of bugs especially bees and wasps but they're not so scary when they're not frantically buzzin about your face lol. Fed him some sugar water in a safer location then Bob the bee went on his merry way
