Keep saying you're excited, I always get a kick out of it :) just a little advice for when you move: color code your boxes, like for example yellow for living room, blue for bedroom, that way you know what box goes with each room and when you unpack it makes life soooo much easier :)

I was always falling off my yoga practice with Yoga with Adriene also.. but it makes me feel so good when I do it. So I have decided to do it everyday no exceptions. Like I wont go to sleep if I haven't done my yoga or I will do it twice the day after. It is just so important for me to learn how to get out of the false prisons that my mind construct if that makes sense and be more within my body. I have also decided to cut waaaaaay down on the time I spend in front of a screen in a day ( I put a one hour timer in the morning, one hour in the afternoon and I give myself two hours and a half in the evening even if I have to work or shop I include it in the time frame) and I have been so productive and so much more present, calm and happy. 💖

Dunno if this is helpful, but I've just moved and what i found great was getting different coloured tape to close the boxes and then colour-coding each room! Made it super obv which room they went in as you you see the tape no matter which way they are stacked!
My boyfriend and I recently got an offer accepted on a house & we are currently awaiting our mortgage to be accepted and the waiting is killing me! I just want to start packing and move now!! 😄🏡
Oh they take ages to approve! It’s such a relief when it’s done but then you have to go through exchange, completion etc! Good luck! I’m moving in Friday, so I have just been through it all 🙂

Every morning I have started doing stretches, religiously right after I make my coffee. It’s been about 2 months now, I only missed one day. I can really tell a difference in my level of pain. I think I have arthritis. Stick with it.

I lost my job recently (1 weeks ago) as they are making cuts because of Covid19, I'm a self employed licensed door supervisor, there is no work out there and this is the first time since Covid19 happened that I am well and truly shitting myself 😪, to anyone else who is struggling, stay strong and try as hard as you can to look at life and the positives, stay strong, reach out and dont feel ashamed. The drive through liquor stores are really in poorer neighborhoods in the US. The fancy neighborhoods don’t have them. Which is messed up. Some banks and pharmacies do have drive up services which is great. Our grocery stores will deliver or have drive up options now with COVID. We’re obsessed with convenience really.

The drive-thru liquor store is pretty great. Since the pandemic started, most liquor stores now deliver. State and local liquor laws in some places have even changed to accommodate delivery because it allows for a local business to remain open. Go figure.
I had a toastie machine growing up (we called it a sandwich maker - how original I know lol) and I had so many of those sandwiches as a kid! We always made ours with pepperoni and processed American cheese. I never thought about buttering the bread beforehand! Also, we made "burnt cheese" in the machine - basically you grease up the hot plates super super well, and put a single slice of cheese in there and toast it. Sounds odd but I remember it being DIVINE! Oh man, memories...now I want to go out and get one ahahaha!

Costco do great packs of moving boxes and rolls of bubble wrap. They have the brown tape and sell packs of sharpies. I ordered a tape dispenser on Amazon and it was a life saver xxx

Since Covid in my city, Las Vegas, they have liquor delivery to your house! Not such a great idea 75% of us that work at the Casinos haven't worked since March can't imagine how many deliveries have been made 😆. I spent 2008 to 2014 in Germany and Luxembourg it's a habit to say Hello or Good Morning to people when you walk down the street. I would get some strange looks. Maybe because I've worked in Casinos where it's expected to be friendly.
