Everyone should sign up for informed delivery from the Post Office. Every morning you get a scan of the letters coming in the mail. If you don't get the mailpiece, you can tick a box to start an investigation.
Yes. I signed up for the same thing and it makes a difference. When u open an investigation… before u know it , your stuff is delivered. Because what they do is they scan it in and it looks like if it’s out for delivery when it really isn’t . They found my stuff real quick🤣

I made a complaint against my post office for packages not delivered. The post office carrier signed her name for a package that had to be signed by me. The post office did nothing! I didn’t get the package, the merchandise and the post office did nothing to the carrier who took the package and signed her name!

I had 2 packages that were tracked as being scanned by my local post office. One was even posted as delivered. I launched an investigation both times. The best they could do is tell me to contact the sender and tell them the packages were verified lost by my post office. Big help they were.
I had a package go missing, turned out the mail truck had been stolen earlier that day. I would not have ever known that had I not contacted the postmaster.

Was this in NTX (Frisco)? They busted a gang (group) of people doing this at the sorting facility. They were mainly targeting gift cards at Christmas time.

I've lost all trust in the USPS. I had a walker that I needed since I'm disabled. I purchased it through Amazon they shipped it through the USPS. Even the tracking number showed it out for delivery but it never showed up. At least Amazon replaced it but I was unable to have it for a week when I really needed it.
They took out most of the mail boxes. The mail people are not delivering the mail like there suppose to. Then we have the crook's who work like this guy for the post office. Send them to prison.

I worked for the post office for 34 years. Custodian, carrier, window clerk and bulk mail clerk. I worked at 3 different locations. I never took anything. Now retired. He will be fired. He only had 4 years so he needed to work many more to get a pension. The union doesn't want him. They don't like thieves. I hope he goes to jail. He makes all the honest hardworking people look bad.

You have to have the Executive Membership which is $120 a year and you’re the primary account name. You’ll get 2% rewards certificate at the end of the year from all your purchases. I got back close to $200 certificate this year, which technically pays for the membership itself, but it goes back to Costco for more purchases LOL.
I could tell you some horror stories about things being stolen from the U.S.P.S. In most cases it was like in this video. It's not like we weren't paid well. 60 Grand a year; I think we were overpaid. It is (was) almost impossible to get fired. I worked for the post office for 34 years. Custodian, carrier, window clerk and bulk mail clerk. I worked at 3 different locations. I never took anything. Now retired. He will be fired. He only had 4 years so he needed to work many more to get a pension. The union doesn't want him. They don't like thieves. I hope he goes to jail. He makes all the honest hardworking people look bad.

My aunt was a supervisor at the post office in NY. Those clerks were always stealing, especially during the busy season like Christmas. They would take money or gift cards out of the the Christmas cards envelopes.

Really, Costco in Canada issues those rewards only to principal card holder. My hubby is sick with cancer, cannot go, so we hold one account, same last name and address, still I was refused to cash out, bcs I am not principal. Why Costco in US does not do the same?

I was supposed to get a gift card in the mail from Comcast for adding a line but it never came and nobody can tell me what happened to it. Comcast has no way to check if anybody use the card and the post office has no idea. Good times good times.

You have to have the Executive Membership which is $120 a year and you’re the primary account name. You’ll get 2% rewards certificate at the end of the year from all your purchases. I got back close to $200 certificate this year, which technically pays for the membership itself, but it goes back to Costco for more purchases LOL.
