Thanks for posting this video I started to disassemble mine last night because it is not working properly. No water is flowing. I added vinegar last night with water and expected it to start pushing debris but it didn’t work. Mine must be pretty clogged up because evening trying to use a hanger to push through the opening but it didn’t work. It won’t go through.😩 So today I bought some Keurig Descaling Solution just to see if it will work.🤦🏽♂️ i will leave it over night. I have CBC-00 model. More to follow now🤞
Oh, I forgot to mention don’t ever put vinegar and baking soda 🤦🏽♂️ I tried after the vinegar and the pressure from it pushed the cold water hose out and made a mess. Once I removed the bottom cover I found the back flow assy which was a small ball with the back flow. I wasn’t sure what it was however this am put it back on the hose. Another reason it wasn’t flowing to the coffee pot. This am I disassembled everything again and removed the heating element and put it upright and have it soaking with vinegar. I saw another video where he mentioned after 3 days it cleared all the gunk. We had bought a new mr coffee on/off not even 2 months already rusted on the heat plate and it’s a piece of 🤬 needless to say we’re taking it back. Instant coffee for a few more days. I’ll see what happens 🤞😁😬
@@JustADad hey so 3 days later mine is still clogged….one side good about halfway but the other side once I put the wire on the other side it only goes in about 1/4 of the way…..??? Should I try to use a small drill bit to see if that works? It’s crazy I’m shocked that the vinegar didn’t clear it. I was wondering since you have cut into yours if the heating element (U shape) is clear all the way and not obstructed with some sort of divider? If that makes sense. The wire I tried will not move at all on that one side.
I just came across this interesting video. Thanks for sacrificing your coffee maker for the greater good. How would you clean the water reservoir. mine looks just the same inside? It has that brown color. I was thinking about using long mini brush and try my way down there. Thanks in advance for your response!
Excellent video, is the heater made with copper or aluminum?
You need a small torque screwdriver to remove the bottom cover. It's probably a T-4.
the heating element tube stainless steel or aluminum?

@@mickbrown815 I think there is a check valve, you might try blowing air in it.

Awesome Awesome 😊😊videos bunn vs Cuisinart?
My Cuisinart cod 4000 coffee on demand 12 cup turns on, heats up but it stopped percolating? help
Hey! Any idea how to turn off the beeping sound on that control panel you showed?
Some early model Cuisinart coffee makers you can not turn the beep off. they learned people want to turn them off and now you can on newer models.
No heat from mine.
You destroyed it. Great job.
