WWII Veteran, Vincent Warger, was interviewed on October 11, 2015, in Miami, Florida. SGT Vincent Warger was a Flight Engineer with the 47th Bomb Group, 12th Air Force, and flew 27 missions in Italy during World War. II. This has to be the first A-20 Havoc crewman interview I’ve ever seen. My grandfather served with the 8th AF but was ground-based. Excellent recall, sir, I hope you’re still around & well at 98. Thanks for serving and for sharing your story. That bailout story was amazing.
