I like FT Island's korean songs but wow their japanese releases are on a different level. I like it more because their japanese songs feels like anime songs (I'm a sucker for that) and they can show their true side (their rock musical side) in their japanese songs.

I truly hate their ballad songs. Now that I know they have badass rock songs (plus, in japanese), I will favor these talended musician even more. Also, I think this is the first korean rock band that can sound very rock-ish. cmiiw
their japanese ballads are awesome! but i do hate their early korean songs haha, check out some their japanese awesome ballads like orange sky, beautiful(which is like a power ballad kind of song), and crying in the rain
i love it :D despite rock band in korea was kinda underrated, FT Island, Kim sa rang, and CNblue had something different for korean music genre :) i also like Vanilla Unity, too bad they already separated..
all of their song is my favorite song that singing by my favorite band.. although nowadays fnc kept abandoned them and focuses only to cnblue and other new artist more.. fnc always sent ft island to japan only.. but ft island with their talent on music and lack promotion still get my attention.. they deserve everything cuz their song has many meaning that touch my heart..ft island is always my number 1 and only band that i still supporting..
It's because Korea can't provide rock as well as Japan. You see how rock band grow very well in Japan and Japan has Summer Sonic, the best rock festival!

Not sure if his pronunciation got wrong or not but he very fluent in japanese. You should listen to freedom,polarstars,beautiful world etc. They have a lot of japanese songs and most of it composed by themselves

I like all FT Island Korean songs but I think they are really great in singing Japanese it more suitable with their music color and Hong ki voice

Tbh, their ballad songs, especially their sad ones, can really emphasize Lee Hongki's unique voice too.
