Usually Korean artists release their Korean songs translated to Japanese and release it there. But FTIsland does the oposite: release it in Japan first then fight until they can release it in Korea. Except they don't translate the song...they write completely new lyrics for it. FTIsland jjang! #IWILL

Lee Hong Gi.... your good looking, charming, and powerful voice makes me jealous because my girlfriend always saying she loves you so much than me, and so with her friends. they even cry when honggi is hurt. she's always playing this song during break time and before she sleep. but now that she made me understood the lyrics of all FT Island songs. I am now completely touched and my favorite is their song "On Your Way" and "To The Light"....FT ISLAND BUENA SUERTE EN SU VIAJE!!!!

+Vladi V not true, the jrock sounds forced. They sing the krock more naturally with more emotion.
PsychoKitty사랑 It's a matter of personal preferences in my opinion. I like Japanese Rock more than Korean in general and this song in particular got me into FTISLAND.
Of course, they cannot sound like the Japanese do. I rather compared this sound to their old Korean one, which years ago wasn't that strong and impressive for me, personally. I don't compare them to J-Rock bands though. I love their Korean songs exactly because they're more emotional.
Vladi V They are Korean, so obviously they have more emotion when singing Korean, but K-rock is less known, so I think it sounds cool. J-rock is more visual kei. K-rock is more like American rock but Korean (if that makes sense) so I honestly prefer when they sing rock in Korean and sing more pop/emotionally in Japanese, but if they sang in Korean all the time I'd be even happier.
PsychoKitty사랑 I have to disagree. J-Rock is far more than just Visual Kei, which I'm not into. ONE OK ROCK, FTISLAND and plenty of old-school and new bands make American style sound; nothing in common with Visual Kei. Unfortunately, rock music is not trendy in Korea and that appears to be the reason why FTISLAND are focusing more on the Japanese market. I also would prefer if they sing on their own language but at the end of the day is the music that matters the most.
Don't get me wrong, I've been listening to K-Pop and other genres of Korean music for years but this band shined for me with their recent sound, both in Korean and Japanese, exactly because they are different and make their own music now, which must have cost them a lot. It appears that they have lost much of their support in South Korea due to refusing to follow the trends, which is really saddening considering how good they are. Korean public prefers the Pop sound, which is why FTISLAND is so underrated.

I haven't been listening to FTISLAND for a bit as I took some time off exploring rookie groups, but when I came back I realized that Hongki has a really passionate voice. Somehow, there's a tender tinge behind the strong voice he sings in and it really took me by surprise, even though I've been a Primadonna for a year now. Seriously, they are ama~zing...FTISLAND oppa, saranghae! Hwaiting~♡

Because of Lee Hong Ki's drama (You're Beautiful) I began to love k-pop music too most specially FT Island. they are so cute and fun, they are like brothers in real life. I really don't mean this in a bad way, but Jaejin's singing in the beginning reminded me so much of Tokio Hotel...On another note, I love their heavier stuff, but I didn''t listen to their Japanese tracks until now, this is such a treasure!

This is now one of my favourite FT Island songs. Everyone is entitled to there own taste in music. You don't have to love every single song a group puts out. There are several artists that I only like ONE of their songs but that doesn't mean I have to hate on them but I don't like the rest. There are even a few FT Island songs I don't much care for but I respect them as individual artists with their own unique talents. They are all free spirits none more so the the emincely gifted Hongki.

Being a huge 'metal head' and before that, only listening to rock.
Then getting into kpop/jrock.
I love both FTIsland's japanese and korean albums. Each album is unique and carries a different feeling.
By expanding their genre and trying new things in music is what makes an artist grow.
Not to mention that each member is a vital part of the band and you can see each member's talent in this album.

FTisland Sont VRAIMENT super Dommage qu'ils ne sont pas assez populaire comme d'autres groupes de Kpop, ils sont classé Top 1 dans ma liste des groupes favoris la voix de Lee hong ki est superbe leurs chanson sont distingué des autres ils ont leur propre style que j'aime bien sans oublier ke pour juger un groupe ou un chanteur il faut voir performance live et en ce qui concerne FTisland je préfère 10000 fois leur performance live que la MV
