As a connoisseur of DC Comics, I love how many obscure villains show up to help the Joker and later Batman. I love that Alfred is crucial to the plot and kicks some as with the rest of the Bat Family. But most of all, I love the arc Batman goes through, learning to move on from his past trauma and let new loved ones into his life.
When I first watched this movie when I was like 10 (I think) I thought those were fake villains, then I actually GOT into dc and I rewatched the movie at like 14-15 and I was like “Holy schist they weren’t lying”

The Eye of Sauron thing is so much funnier when you realize a. Sauron had a physical form, as in the one that's in the prologue of the first movie b. He's canonically the second most powerful villain, the first is his old master Morgoth, who is responsible for all evil and required a big chunk of Middle Earth to be destroyed to finally defeat him
They could’ve simply just used Sauron’s original form so he could fight with the other villains, but I love how they instead have him hobbling around as the giant tower. 🤣

I got like half the sets after everything was set and done, and enjoyed everything about it. I eventually took my sets apart and it became a memory.
