Against Dom7 chords, you can play both 3rds without any klunks. If anyone says you played a bad note, tell them "I alter dom chord scales for color, mannn..." 😃 In time you'll find there is theory behind all "wrong" notes. Btw, it's so cool to see how much you have progressed.
