@AbdulaiConteh-ck7wn, why haven't u filled the DS-260. Kindly, if you don't want to lose this golden opportunity, fill it ASAP before u even travel to your home country. It's done online . There are more selectees than the numberofvisasavailable. When I won mine, I was in Qatar, and I did my interview in Qatar because I had applied as unmarried.

No need they don't look at credit score just approve that they are legally in the USA and they file taxes
