When they will refuse use, reasons are: 1 You dont have tie up relation in your country. 2. We have checked your papers but not satisfied bla bla bla ...
yes....true....when they give back your passport it means...failed...if u passed...they keep your passport until they day all your paperwork is ready...id be about a week to a month plus...your lover will have to buy u a plane ticket ready....before they will let u go
In India, they do it in very different way.. Of course too many people apply for US visa each day so it's difficult to handle them, so day before you have to go for all scans like finger prints etc and u have to fill applications form online + need to take appointment online, you don't get passport same day unless you are rejected, if u get visa then they need to print visa to stick it in to your passport so passport comes with courier. So if you don't get your passport same day then it means you got visa. Yes people are nice.. But every one has a bad day.. As they are dealing with different kinds of people it's possible that they gets frustrated.. After all they are also human beings.. You only needs to prove that you are genuine traveler or a businessman and going for business or a holidays with the help of supporting documents, hotel booking air tickets etc... that's it.. You are not the one who is planning to disappear or never come back after reaching there..

hey i need some advice. I was originally eligible for the interview waiver however a week later they said I needed an interview under 221g. I pretty certain why I was given this, my digital photo had shadows and my in-person photo was 5x5 inches not cm basically my photos did not meet the requirements. Now I have the correct photo. On the letter I received it says to bring all the documents submitted to your courier however, in the email I received it says to submit all the documents requested. Now, the document I sent off was the incorrect 5x5 inch photo however the one requested that I know have is the correct 5x5 cm. So what do I do, do I leave them both in their and explain the situation?? or not take the large one and just leave the correct one in their? my fear is that if I do that they wont see what the issue was and put me into administrative processing to investigate further but if I just in explaining the situation or put a large and small one in it will look a bit stupid. Please advise

So true i had my visa turndown 5time in my country for reason and i had never go again since nearly 23yrs
It wasn't easy for me to move me and my family to USA

Why is that? From my experience, most people there are rude and abrasive to Westerners, even when polite to THEM. In my experience, most Americans are nice, hospitable and friendly. (Speaking as a Brit)
