I am allergic to all nuts (except peanuts), fish, raw vegetables and raw fruits (other than citrus), and all fin fish so I always find meal plans difficult. I also have Hashimotos and am really trying this year to get my diet in check

I have been caffeine free for a little over two weeks and I'm not going back. I feel so much better with out it. My energy overall is a lot better. I wake up feeling more rested and my anxiety has improved a lot. My overall mood is better too. A celery juice or smoothie filled with fruits and veg gives a little boost in the morning without crashing later. The first week was really hard but now I feel great.

I have to calorie count, before I started keto all my meals were 1200 calories each. I was like you too, I ate 3-5 meals a day every day. Cutting carbs was the only way I could get my eating under control. If I ate 3000 calories in a day before my stomach was growling all day and felt like it was dissolving itself. Now I can go as low as 1500 calories per day and it's fine. An added perk is for a family of five I cut my food bill in half.

How do you know what is a good swap? Like the one u did for the grain free tortilla, can i just use regular tortilla or would that not be an equal swap? Loved the 2 part video (first meal prep and then how u put the meals together!!)
To know what is a good swap just look at the ingredients and make sure it is all clean! If you are trying to swap a regular tortilla, a grain free one would be great!

This is great...I have the hot body meal plan, and have never actually used it! But I am excited to try it out, because this has motivated me so much...I know you don't count calories or macros within this plan, I am wanting to make sure I intake the amount of grams of protein equal to my weight in lbs. Can you give me an idea or an approx of how many grams of protein is in each day of this plan?

Three meals a day is great! I try to eat breakfast at 8, lunch around 12 or 1, and dinner at 6:30❤️

Hi! The Daily 10 is intended to be a 10 minute workout, so it's one set. My full workout plan are the Sweat Sesh workouts.

You can totally start with the lower calorie! You can fit HBMP into your routine however it works for you!
