I lately been intermittent fasting without actually trying to do it but I wake up and usually can go till noon so I go 12 to 15 hours without eating but good job to everyone who does an actual diet

Instant pot hack: I always turn it on Saute while I'm getting the ingredients in so that it is already warm when I put the lid on. I find that it significantly cuts down on the time it takes to seal!

Almonds are also high in oxalates which causes kidney stones. Spinach too…peppers are high in lectins which causes inflammation … I used to eat this way when I was a Vegan and I ended up getting very sick because of oxalate toxicity…I felt healthy, I had energy, I had a great memory but behind the scenes unknown to me I was growing tumors (fibroid and the bottom of my feet), and kidney stones…I learned later about oxalates and lectins.
I get sooo envious when I see all the choices you have in the states! I’ve looked online and locally in our health food shops and can’t find an almond cow or a lot of drinks etc you use! Part of the draw backs of living on a nine by five mile island in between England and France! Online shops just don’t want to ship stuff to us! 😞 Hi from Guernsey by the way, love your workouts and what I eat in a days!

I’m a type 1 diabetic so while I’m very interested in the almond milk maker, I was worried about the carbs in the dates. I looked it up and it turns out that they are low in carbs and I think that would work for me! I am so glad you shared it. I used to drink black coffee but have recently been using sugar free creamer (just a little, but still). I’ll have to save up for the milk maker but I think it will be a much, much better alternative to my creamer and store-bought almond milk!! ❤️

I havent tried making it because I thought too pain in the butt to have to squeeze it out..lol Recipes look great as well.. Thanks again. Hey there! For those veggies I used, I usually cook them at 400 degrees for 20 min but it depends on the veggies. Toss them half way through so they cook evenly:)

Great video! I am one of those who needs to eat before I workout. My hubby can workout right away in the morning on an empty stomach, but I always feel weird and yucky without eating first. I won’t be able to do my workouts. So I eat breakfast and then about an hour and a half later I workout. I would love try intermittent fasting but I am not able to workout later in the day and I can’t make it through a workout workout having been fueled first. Any thoughts or advice about that? Would a upgraded or bulletproof type coffee (cause I need my coffee first thing when I wake!) fuel me enough to then workout and have breakfast after? When you workout in the morning are you working out on an empty stomach? Thanks for all the inspiration!
I get it! Everybody is different, and needs different fuel for their workouts. Coffee with collagen is a great way to get a little boost before your workout, but if you need more that's totally fine too! Just try to do what feels best for your body :)
I also have hypothyroidism and I have to take my pill as soon as I get up and can't eat for an hour after taking it. I work 8am-5pm. Do you have any suggestions that I can do to eat something before 12pm every day without getting up at 5am? Haha

Tip for your counter use a dish towel under the cutting board or this one is a bit off but cut over ur sink if you have a double sink.
