For the record late Hitchens was in support of a Palestinian state he was just critical of a lot of Palestinian group being Stalinist, Baathist, or Islamist.

I really admire Sam Harris. I don’t agree with everything he says…or all that he believes in, but how can you possibly agree with everyone on everything? We are here to learn and share ideas and use critical thinking. This group think it what is wrong with the world right now. Sam is a prolific writer, a true feminist, empowers the voices of oppressed women. He’s incredibly intelligent, not simplistic. His book “The End of Faith” is one of the best books I’ve ever read.

No, he's a RUclips personality who talks about politics. He did do some political activism during the heyday of the Justice Democrats, which he co-founded, but has since been dissolved.
