The bastion time is going to increase the number of solo marauder mission runner ganks in WH's. There was already very little margin for escape. Now its almost impossible unless you just happen to be at the end of a cycle when you see something.

Great video! Precise and to the point. I noted my paladin going from 54km with conflag down to 51km so nothing too dreadful. The 60s bastion is slightly annoying as for PvE but certainly not game changing like it is for thje PvPers.
I despair over the constant changes not just in Eve but many games, they bring in an item, it gets used for years in some cases, then suddenly they say it needs changes and is unbalanced, been like that for ages, you only just noticed?? does not matter in the end, there will be people working the numbers and theory crafting and another ship will be king for a while, we have seen fleets of ships used, then they get nerf'd and a new ship is FoTM, until that gets hit, the cycle is endless, soon as the top spot, the best ship for that role is in general use, they nerf it and it all starts again.
The range on the Paladin will hit me in level 4... 😞 Now I'll only be able to use scorch for everything 😞 Also the E-war change is stupid. One of the main features of the bastion was the (possible) immunity against e-war ...
I'm happy about the Kronos being comparatively less crappy and the Caldari Lancer using hybrid weapons, because I already have hybrids maxed out and nothing in the other specific gunnery skills. Thanks for the vid and skin chance! ign: Caverlock

Unfortunately, the nerf to the Vargurs shield tank probably kills it for trighunting. :/ Even with the pre-Viridian stats, with maxed Orca boosts, and HG Crystals in my head, there were a few grids that required some heavy overheating to not end up as a wreck. With the lost tank this makes such grids probably no longer survivable.
I think there was no changes to ECM resistance for bastion, so hold on with you griffins: Removed the electronic warfare resistance bonus to Sensor Dampener, Tracking Disruptor, and Target Painter resistance.
Gonna make small gang pvp against marauders an option . Used to be drop 2 vargurs on a 10 man small gang and there was nothing they could do. Damp frigates and tracking disrupt frigates are gonna be able to be used to basically shut them down

They're also adding an extra 15% fire rate and tracking for large railguns

+1 mid slot for kronos opens up pvp shield tanking, and you can get up to 6.3k dps heated+ boosters

They added agility so you align faster ( or back to normal )

Bastion doubles your sensor strength but you could always been jammed. Nothing was changed for ECM on marauders
