you can follow your primary from site to site with a salvage alt, dropping the MTU then. It gives you something profitable to do, and any baddies who scan the MTU will head for your salvage alt, not your primary ship.

Ive been having alot of luck with rr vedmaks. Sub 4 second align time, about 500 dps on each ship average, and great tracking and range. They outperform any BS i can fit for a similar price. And obviously alot cheaper and easier to get into than a mauradur. They even survive c4 cataclysmic sites. Tho not comfortably lol.

Pro tip: if your using a gamer mouse, set d scan to one of your gamer buttons. So much easier to remember and get into the habit of dscanning when its under one of your fingers at all times. Its to the point now that if im watching a yt video and they dont dscan often enough i will hit the button on instinct alone

Our daily chains are usually 2-3 bigger than what he showed, and we roll it at least 12 times a day. We are a pvp focused wh group tho. Im also ceo of another ratting corp that sometimes goes a week or 2 without scanning the chain down. Just dudes huffing or ratting after rolling statics and intruders. What you get depends on the group. Having a massive chain isnt usefull if you dont take advantage of it. Going 20 holes deep doesnt make sense when you could roll for a new chain in 5 mins. Tldr, keep your expectations in lime with what tools you have acess to. o7

Checking in to see state of wh. Iv probably made a tril in c6 years ago. I started as a noob in quad crystal rattles, and got my corp to do it in anchored tengus with logi when they moved to a 4-6. Then I was the first in novac to buy a 6 (back when it was 5-5 and had just joined the HK hawks trio). Me and a couple other creators had a falling out and went to HK, over the next year all the rest joined us and nv rebranded in lowclass under beast (great guy). In HK i pioneered 5x phoenix ratting in pulsar to hard counter the handful of 6 rollers who only stock armor fleets. These have never died and get run by 2-3 guys with other supports on standby. Made pulsars way more valuable than mags lol. Even had the humbling privilege of doing quad rorq smarbombing in 6rg, 2 minute sites no avengers dread cleaning drifters. I did the nomad thing after HK soft-closed honestly for fun and vibes and its pretty chill. Rolled for target from 5-6 and move in 3 dreads.. rolling refit, stick, bs, junk. Put up stick, rat, take down stick log off. Hawks are dumb so they cant stop you even if they login.

i was thinking about re-subbing.. ran 6 perfect marauder toons just drifting through c4-c5 space ratting sites and dodging fleet but 50-68% loss on value is nuts. as much is a wondt mind dusting off the dread toons and starting up a hole... just no. roaming was fun. having to maintain a hole is just work.

I know this video is getting "old" if you look at how vast the changes are that CCP are making to marauders and space in general. So I wanted to ask which ships are more go to for C3 ratting. Currently I run C3 in a praxis because of lower SP requirements, but I have been training marauders for a while to replace the praxis.
