I sent this to a friend who plays EVE, but he had no clue what was going on. Some added narration might be really nice. But anyway awesome fight and big mistake from SYNDE.

So what I think what happened that was mentioned earlier is the entire group was not able to warp together. In fleet fights this is a critical mistake since it divides the effective manpower available in a fight from DPS, logistics, and ewar to a fraction of what it should be. From overview it seems that only half of SYNDE warped within engagement range, and only mostly the DPS bships with a sprinkling of others. I’m assuming the t3’s are logi fit but since not all of them warped in with the dps, LUPUS was able to prioritize and single out high value targets off the grid. Moments after warp you can see the second group that got left behind try to burn towards the main group that warped but by then it’s already too late and a vindi and a couple nestors were taken off grid. The rest of the fight is a slugfest but proper callouts, prioritization of targets, and fast reactive logistics helped win the fight in LUPUS’s favor. All in all an entertaining fight to behold.
@@Sekibetsu Was discussed in chat the fleet warping in was right around 150km away, the point at which you are too close to warp to something. I guess FC maybe called for align to a target and held for a short while, the smaller ships aligned quicker and were moving faster so seemingly got just too close to warp, when the fleet was warped in the smaller ships all got left behind only the bigger battleships that were slower had stayed outside warp range actually jumped into the battle, without their support :(

Wormhole Corps that follow traditional WH values do not pod, When two groups agree to fight for a bushido podding rules are normally discussed before the two fleet land on grid with one another. For the smaller 15 vs 15 you will see lots of "Hey no podding" For these larger fights podding, especially podding booshers, is important cause lots of groups will just endlessly reship. I've fought Synde once back in KRIT, 25 VS 25, every kill we got they would reship to something bigger lol, till the point the original 25 v 25 was like 40 vs 25 from people logging in to join fight(fight at that point was like 40 minutes in). None the less , Pod, dont pod, is up to you, just make sure you say what you do and do what you say. Dont tell a group you will not pod before a fight and start podding thats just ... bad.
On non booshido fights, so like ganks or 3rd parties or random fleet fights that had no diplo communication before hand i typically will pod, I do not pod WH miners or when a fight has a no podding arrangement

2/3 of their fleet slow boating sub 150KM to the warp point, so only 1/3 of the fleet got warp
that being said our FC even said after the fight, "I dont see how they could have won without the mistake" . i think we were thiccer
