BIG TIP for NEW PLAYERS: Be aware of your sell order taxes. When you start without any skills it can be a total of 11% between taxes and setup fees. Whatever your number is, be mindful of that because you can sell to Buy Orders and not pay any taxes at all. So when the markets have tight margins, even for seasoned players, you can make a bit more money sometimes selling to Buy Orders.

I made close to 2 Billion in the first month. Most of that money came from items I was able to get that had good Buy Orders that I could get items for readily at that level. Now on my Mains, I'm much more mindful about what I buy/sell and how.
yep, sells tax is the reason I use buyback which they sell thing to Jita, DIRECTLY IN JITA XD. the buyback is 90%, and with my sells tax, it would be 89.5%, which, buyback is better XD

(Corp theft,not ganked,eve stuff) I Ended up in Haulers channel and asked some questions and suddenly instead of risking my new freighter @ 3.2B, I only had to pay 100M for the jump freighter. Thats crazy. I had ALL my stuff @ 35B and for 100M moved with no risk to me was just too sweet of a deal... Plus! He moved all my PI up to Jita for FREE!!! Well, that and I made them a good deal for the freighter I don't need anymore,lol. It was win/win. But honestly, I was having fun planning and training for the freighter trips. You know, Eve stuff. /../,
Ok I'm really struggling to find a way to compress my ore I'm in a station the allows me to reprocess but when I right click my Ore it doesn't give me the compression option....what am I doing wrong 😣
must have the reprocessing module enabled go to your Structure Browser, or 'show info' on the station you are in, and look for the required Reprocessing module
Good info for new players. But I would stress the importance of finding a group to join. Solo mining is not the best unless you like to have a fleet of alts. Find a Corp that has fleets to join and often you will have access to better reprocessing and can contract your ore directly to save big.
You need to look at the history of what you are selling. Some days prices are low other times they raise. Checking on the history help and you can do it on the market window
Because of your channel, I just recovered 3 of my 10yr old characters. Do you have a video for returning players explaining the new skills rules? I tried diving into it last night and it gave me a headache trying to understand what the heck was going on.
a lot has changed, could not do that when i played, i used a tanked orca, a pos, a compressor for the pos, and a miasmos, jump freighters try to haul as much as they can to null, there the bonus on refining ore was much better.

I've found if I use safe spots to wiggle into 0.3 systems, I can mine pure jaspet & process it each time I go back to the in system station. I then use a alt character to haul in an Incursus. I got a simple fit for speed Inertia Mod @ 1.01 Align time @ 2.9 using 4 Cargo Hold II for 436 M3 of space I can haul about 22 mil to a instant sell above market price. 👍✌🖖🥃 I have to start using that market tip and see if I can make a bit more.
What if not only you view your current SYSTEM but the neighbor systems as well say (4 jumps away) I personally would jump a few systems just to get a better deal on a Item Thanks for the video wanted to learn the Hauling gig for a while now :) been selling raw Ore for now 😅

just have a company, then you can exchange items really easy fast and free ;) also funding is alot more easy if your alt also has access to the cooperate wallet(s)

Hi there! thanks for the lot information. i am checking all of your vids. soo helpfull for a totally idiot newbie like myself :D. i just wanna ask can i somehow Compress ores to the 0.001m3 version in the space while i am mining them from asteroids? how can i do it, cause i see in the compress menu i don't got any ship in my fleet who have got compress ore module for that type of raw material. so i thinked if i got a ship with that module i can go out with it and my miner ship to instantly compress my ore to let me farm out soo much more raw material than just the normal 5000m3 with my little venture :D
hello! happy to help: you need a ship that can compress (porpoise or orca) in your fleet, they activate the compression module, then you can right click the ore in your hold to compress it. hope that help!

you can in player owned structures, but the ones with better yield are in dangerous areas. careful getting ganked with mats en route

Is a 7 cent margin per unit really that valuable over a 2-3 week span to fulfil the contract?
