Question, i’m planning on baking the headlights in the oven, opening them up, remove the orange reflector and painting it silver. Anything special I should know? Precautions? I’ve done the same process on other vehicles but the Giulia will definitely be my most “premium” car i’ve done this too.
did you do this? How did it turn out, I agree I've always taken out the orange reflector on my previous cars and sometimes painted the housings black, wondering how it would look on my giulia
@@namir91 I did. Came out amazing. Process was definitely not easy like other manufacturer headlights. The glue is tough to melt and the clips are super tight and in weird angles. But it came out perfect and never had any issues with it, nor moisture. I also disconnected the orange light behind the amber reflector to get the full Euro look

I'm not aware that a halogen headlight is available. Assuming one is available it should be swappable as the headlight should fit the same hole/bolt pattern to fit the vehicle
@@rtidesign no, I only use heat if I plan to reuse the lens or put the headlight back together. This lens was broken and could not be reused, so it was cut off to save time.

@@maz3563 If I remember correctly, this only had the 1 xenon bulb. the rest are LEDs that cannot be changed. The xenon bulb is replaced by removing the cap from the rear of the light and unlocking it from the projector and replacing it. Xenon bulbs are generally easy and straightforward to replace.

I don't think so. it's basically the same process on all headlights. More premium headlights just have more pieces and more screws to deal with.

Could a standard headlight be used as my xenon one is cracked beyond repair. Could the standard lens be used on my xenon headlight?

Can you replace just the clear plastic? Had some debris hit my headlight cracked the clear plastic but everything else is fine.
You cannot buy just the lens. You have to buy a whole headlight

Did you know where I can by a replacement for the led bar and the turning signal?
The LEDs are internal to the light. I'm not aware of any replacement options other than a new headlight.

Whoa, that’s a crapload of parts! What happens if you just want to change the bulbs?
Nothing. the bulbs are just bulbs, they can be changed like on any headlight.
