Idea, use a helium sealed cylinder stirling cryogenic piston powered by an electric motor that will turn the gases in the air to ultra cold Liquid. Then have an insulated tank with a bell siphon that will fill a copper tubing coil with the liquid air. Wrap evaporative material around the copper coil to absorb the liquid air through tiny holes drilled into the copper tubing then fasten the copper coil to the out side of a drum fan. The liquid air will will be absorbed by the evaporative material and freeze has the air passes over it causing the liquid air to boil off back into regular air super cooling the air. You could also incorporate a filter system that will catch large particles in the air then a filter for the liquid air to filter out pollen and dust for clean fresh air and one very cold air conditioning unit. Artic blast! Much better concept then using water around electrical equipment. 😉😊
