Jonald Grump bruh literally everyone knows who they are, less common bands from around that time were like the turtles, Chocolate Watch Band, The Standells etc
@Jonald Grump Don't speak for "everyone" you lose all credibility doing that as well as demonstrating a challenged IQ. I for one don't like Queen or MJ. I do however love Pink Floyd and Hendrix and first and foremost Elvis.
Started listening to Elvis when I was 9 and I will be 76 this month and I am still listening to him. The greatest singer ever and no one will ever be able to compare to him. One in a lifetime!
Best part of Elvis performing live was how he just made it so fun and enjoyable. Even times where he screwed up the lyrics...it's the purest inside view of his fun and light-hearted personality. Where some artists would jump all over anyone who messed up, I can see Elvis poking fun after the concert. Best way to retain the respect of your musicians & backup singers. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you make it work when it happens on stage. Definitely humanizes the guy and makes him more relatable to the average Joe.
He was so comfortable on stage, he found a note in his pocket while doing a concert on front of thousands of people and he just read it and keep going. I like that
Elvis didn't write this song. In fact, most of his hit songs were just covers of others' songs. This song was written and performed by Tony Joe White. Elvis was merely a profitable entertainer and performer, not really much of a musician. ruclips.net/video/MCSsVvlj6YA/видео.html

I’m 60 years old and I’m from Switzerland (Lucerne), I’ve been listening to Elvis since I was 10 years old, I watched Elvis' live concert in Hawaii in 1973. I appreciate many kinds of good music, I also know all the songs of Johnny Cash and June Carter (Great) and other great artists. However, Elvis remains the greatest musician and entertainer of all time, but in all his songs, all the power of his soul comes out. One could also say that he gave his whole heart to his listeners. This way is definitely unique and I think it will remain so. Denis Herger

I have been an Elvis fan for as long as I can remember. I am going back a long time. There were no conserts in SA but as fans we enjoyed his music and videos. He has a style all of his own and so good to see him singing with his daughter Lisa Marie.
So so jealous 🤦🏻♀️
Wow really?
How was it
I love that he’s having so much fun with this song, he’s properly feeling the music.
This is Elvis at his best.....He Did a Fantastic Job with this Rock Classic.... Those Alligators were tamed with this for sure.... who's listening with me in 2024?... will in 2025? 😊
I'm 77 and I will listen to and love this man till I'm dead.
Until I die, I'll listen to him.
Same, I will listen to Elvis until my last breath
это божество на сцене!!!

2023 . And I am still listening to Elvis. He was a great singer and performer !!!! the best of all times.
Me too.Elvis forever
Elvis Lives!!!!
I listen to his songs every day.
greatest singer?😂😂😂
2023.Lo sento e..Lo guardo💓Talento,anima, bellezza e carisma da togliere il fiato.Elvis é magia infinita❣️
Elvis had it all. The voice. The beauty. Great stage appearance. Sexy. A gentleman. Respectful. He was and is the best. RIP Elvis.
Yes, the charisma… but man, those looks… wow
Sadly he become a folksy country singer in the end. His concerts were full of old people. Michael Jackson always had his young fans, right to the end.
What???
@@Inaworldoflove Nos shows do Elvis tinha de crianças a idosos. Os mais velhos representam a fidelidade do público.
I can't get enough of this live performance!!
Hiii

@Daniella Karlsen; Elvis was a super star, this is clearly clear thatb this man was a super star.
He is the King and always will be in my book.
Danielle Karlsen...
Know exactly what you mean, I love it too....
Elvis and Freddie Mercury had the best stage presence and charisma!
It's amazing how he feels the music... he's not just performing... he's living it, and the music lives in him
Элвис!!! Никто сейчас не сможет спеть бес фанеры. Такой ещё не родился. Браво !!!
Love this statement, such truth...the music lives in him...

Legendary ⬆️,
He was high, dude.
👍
This is All Elvis, uncut, raw, pure talent. A true blessing!
When I was young, it was a sin to like Elvis. He was the guy old people liked, but when I was around 20, I decided to really listen to him and to this day, 40 years later, I can honestly say, he’s got one of the greatest voices I’ve ever heard in my life!!
I sold records at a dimestore in 56 and 57. We sold out of his records constantly.
This was in/Evansville Indiana at Neisners Dime store
He was considered a dork when I was in high school. NOW I get it :)
@@shirleyblankenship746 May I ask how old you are? It must be insane to experience this when he was alive, especially in the 50s!
@@shirleyblankenship746 Curious. Did you happen to see him live in Evansville in 1976, Oct 24th? I did, and what a PERFECT SHOW!! He was polite, kind, gave us undeniably the greatest vocals I've ever heard!!! Looked great, too. OH! If only I had gone down and gotten a lavender scarf. But I, too wanted to be polite. Ahhh.
@@amandatarkington6877i
If you had grown up THAT POOR, would you have been similar? Did you ever go to the skating rink he rented, closed to public except his high school class? Perhaps you'd have seen a diff side...
January 2025, i'm still here for you Elvis, anyone else? ❤😊
I'm here now and for the rest of my life. For Elvis's BD I watched 24h Elvis's movies on TCM. normally I last 1.5 movies.
I must have watched this 50 million times and I never tire of it
50 years of listening to Elvis . You never get tired of listening to the king
Ja juz słucham 65 i ciągle za mało!
What a stellar performance. God gave this man a gift. No one will ever top him.
So truuuuue
He was out of this world. No one will ever come close to him.
SORRY MAM FREDIE MERCURY
Micheal Jackson then Elvis second
True so true. With the movie, he has sparked a lot of memories and interest in his life.
Greatest American music artist of all time
I am a 75 yr old grandma . Loved Elvis then- love him now. This is my favorite performance. Watch it everyday. Have watched the Elvis movie everyday since it came out and have 2 copies. I have all the books and so many cd’s and DVD’s of his music and live performances and of course 6 Elvis t- shirts. There has not been nor will there ever be anyone like him again. He was very gifted !! ❤️
I was in my 50s when i loved Elvis. Im 71.
@Robin Anderson You’re being creepy.
I have come to appreciate his carisma and talent. Very good.
My mom would be your age. She was a Elvis fan like billions. I guess in my desire to rebel I rejected Elvis. But the older I get the more undeniable his genius is. And he seemed like a genuinely nice man.
Elvis was a total ball of energy. I have to agree Polk Salad Annie is a tremendous song to watch Elvis perform xx
Back in 2023 still listening to Elvis. One of a kind

Nobody will take the place of this very talented man beautiful in everything gentle man and caring man loved all his fan's God bless ❤❤❤❤❤
What a crazy wonderful interpretation of the song! One of the best songs by Elvis! A great dancer as well. Handsome, sexy, charming and talented: he had it all. I just saw the new movie and have been immersed in his music ever since…
I love this man so much!
Yes he really had it all !

Have loved him for nearly 50 years and no one compares. His charisma, sex appeal and humour are one of a kind.
And don’t forget Tall!!!
I will never get tired of watching this 😍 I'm 19 and proud to be an Elvis fan ⚡️
No shame in that young one.
I love this! Great to see the younger generation fall under his spell . Of all his performances this is my favourite too.
My 14 year old son is an Elvis fan and made me appreciate him more.
Any man who can sing a song about a turnip and make it groove n rock like this has earned the title the " King"
I’m also 19 and been a huge fan ever since the movie!
Elvis is the most interesting person in the history of entertainment. Incredible rhythm!
Jonald Grump bruh literally everyone knows who they are, less common bands from around that time were like the turtles, Chocolate Watch Band, The Standells etc
@@Gencturk92 People who do not know Elvis. Elvis was naturally interestng guy.
@Jonald Grump Don't speak for "everyone" you lose all credibility doing that
as well as demonstrating a challenged IQ.
I for one don't like Queen or MJ. I do however love Pink Floyd and Hendrix
and first and foremost Elvis.
What about Mercury?
He was fantastic !

He died before I was born, but my god he's brilliant. If he was alive or I was born before he died I would have loved to see him live
@@suriyaza9395 What 😭
Best part of Elvis performing live was how he just made it so fun and enjoyable.
I like that
What was the note? Iv never found out
Not a note, it was the lyrics…
I thought it was a part of the show🤭.
İt was a reminder from his wife to pick up cat food on his way home.
He was indeed a born start ♥️😘
It's only Elvis who can take a humble plant - and make it into powerful music!
Yup
Elvis didn't write this song. In fact, most of his hit songs were just covers of others' songs. This song was written and performed by Tony Joe White. Elvis was merely a profitable entertainer and performer, not really much of a musician. ruclips.net/video/MCSsVvlj6YA/видео.html
@@ASpinnerASpinnerwhere did he say he wrote it? And there is a reason you’re here on this video and not the original lol
From Japan...My mother is a huge fan of Elvis. We watched this video together until it wore out. The more you listen to Elvis' music, the more wonderful it becomes. It's like a fountain of life...!
One can’t stop watching Elvis sing “ Poke Salad Annie “ in concert . I wore it out , too.
Well said ”fountain of life”. This performance really is the original fountain of the fluids of love and life itself 🤩🥰

So so true. Couldn't have said it better. He always gave the fans every part of his heart and soul in his performances. And he had more talent than most could have in ten lifetimes
Elvis definitely poured his whole soul into his music. Listening to him can give you a feeling of connectedness.
Elvis is ridiculously brilliant. The whole package. No one can touch the guy!

I used to underestimate Elvis Presley - but he was a genius!
He was so well rehearsed. Every move was worked out before he went on stage. We see a glimpse of him doing all that in one of the documentaries
Never ever would somebody come on stage with this Charisma. He is still unique❤
