What was it one of the beetles said before Elvis, after all them years there will all ways be Elvis life goes on and Elvis stays with us today just as much as the day his record came out ELVIS FOR EVER. ❤
I had the pleasure of seeing Elvis at the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas. I was only 15 and sat right next to the stage. He made eye contact with me, waved at me and said hello. He had a magical presence, electric, beautiful man. Beautiful voice and performance, i saw him two nights in a row. Now at my age, I realize what a gift he was to the world. He had a supernatural spirit of this world and at times really not of this world. He was so special in sweetness, talent and beauty. I really miss him and wish he were still here with us. He is still here in a way and I know his songs, music and memory will never die, but it would have been nice if he had a long physical life. He brought so much happiness to everyone.

Elvis woke up the music industry. I wish I'd met him. I'm so certain, we'd get on like a house on fire! Similar sense of humour to my pa! I loved his music since a baby. I refused to take my bottle till ma played his LP for me.
And all of the good things mentioned here, it was NOT an act. Elvis was a true perfect gentleman. I love Elvis. When I first seen him I was14 years old. I fell in love with him. I'm 80 years old now.And I still do.

The world owes Gladys Love Smith Presley a huge debt of gratitude. What would the music world be like if Elvis' mother had not bought him his first guitar for his eleventh birthday, January 8, 1946? Even though he wasn't known for playing guitar (though we know he could), it was still part of molding him to become the icon we knew as Elvis.
He didn't like being called God or the king. He still had that marvelous voice up to his death. Marvelous God given voice and talent. RIP Elvis nearly 40 years later since your death.
Soo so very true, if you see what he just pulled of in this session, it's incredible how he knows it all by heart, without any effort and mistakes. The same with the piano, at that he was even a whole lot better, and everything already was so damn good. Elvis was no doubt, a great genius at almost everything. HE WAS TRULY THE KING.!!!! 💋💋❤️❤️💯💯
he had a fantastic sense of rhythm, as shown in 68 comeback, baby want you want me to do, especially, i play that song myself, but no-one quite does it raw like Elvis
I was blown away by his guitar playing in Little Sister. I've always loved the guitar in that, but didn't know Elvis was doing it! He was such a natural. I heard somewhere that he never played the saxaphone, well I guess there was a lot of instruments he never played but I have no doubt if he had given them a try he wouldn't have taken long to master them. Just read it looks like LMP has signed a deal to do a tell all book on her relationships with her father Elvis and Michael Jackson. Let's hope she doesn't rubbish Elvis like so many have who have written books about Elvis. She was only young when Elvis died. He adored her.
@@bernadettenewsham8916 Can't wait to see what this tell all book has to say. Her father adored her. As for Michael I don't know, didn't follow their marriage.
@@bernadettenewsham8916 You know she is doing this because she is broke. She can't handle money. Her father's estate is bone dry. How does one go through that much money?
@@lindagilbert6888 What would Elvis think of her? To me it seems like a betrayal. Elvis didn't badmouth people. I'm scared she'll hint at him being a pedophile as some people think he was. Even I was doubting him and I've been a fan for 49 years. I don't believe he was like that. He adored Lisa. I don't know how she can live with herself. I don't trust her at all and certainly don't trust Priscilla. I don't know how you go through that much money.
Elvis's voice is so natural. He sings without any effort at all. He never needed any editing, he could sing great, with or without music. There never will be another Elvis . Bless you Elvis, were ever you are

My uncle when he was alive used to drive an 18 wheeler and he pulled into a service station a very very long time ago that Elvis worked at....he told my uncle then that one day he waa gonna own a Cadillac as long as one of those trucks some day❤
I know Elvis was sent by God. His voice, his personality is just everything. He made music what it is today and no one will ever come close to being better. Thank you Elvis for sharing your voice and yourself with us. You will always be number1, always the KING
This is why everyone loves Elvis so much and why he is still the King of rock and roll even after he is gone. I am thankful for all of the great music he left us to enjoy.
Elvis is so unpretentious! He loves the music and he puts everything into every performance!!! There has never been an equal to his talent….at lest yet…he still gets me going!
Woah you were at the Astrodome show in 1970!? My grandma was too, and she always used to tell me about Elvis and what that show was like. It seemed to be one of the most exciting events of the century!
Ooh oooh magnificent talent in a glass is whiskey.... that’s a great musician. Only for slcoholic musician undestanders !!! Look each gestures 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
Such a stage presence...how many accolades can we heap on Elvis...most complete entertainer there ever was or ever will be...50 years after I'm gone Elvis will live on through his fans and incredible voice, looks and generosity!
I grew up in the 80s and Elvis was played at my house all the time ( thanks mom!) I loved the young Elvis and did not care for 70s Elvis, now I must say, I enjoy 70s Elvis as much or more. At the peak of his career he was outstanding. Elvis' concert in 1977 breaks my heart. 😟
i almost came to blows with a guy who tried to tell me elvis never even plugged in when he played guitar. look at that wrist man, fantastic sense of rythm. His best moments, he has a guitar in his hands, singing, playin and giving the band direction. Best musicians in the world on that stage.
I'm glad you really didn't fight!!! Truthfully in documentaries about Elvis it's been said Elvis only knew 3-4 chords.. Elvis himself even said in a live concert "believe it or not I only know 3 chords". Your right some of the best musicians are on that stage, Elvis said he knew how wanted the music to sound in his head that's why he would direct the band, and if didn't like it he'd make them rehearse it till it sounded the way Elvis wanted it to sound. Especially in rehearsals, in one concert they started to play the next song and E stops and Tells the guitar player, "Remember"! , and he hums the notes he wants played right...
Jos Barela i have a ba in music. im well aware of E's limitations BUT, As the man grew older and sicker, he expanded on his playing. he started forming chords up the neck instead of just the first 3 frets, he would also make sure the mike was very close to the guitar so he could hear himself. Even burton said that though E was no expert on guitar, his rythm was amazing and an important part of the over all live sound, if i was younger, i would have spit on the guy, he was disrespectful+went out of his way to knock Elvis+his talent. Im not quick to fight because im nearly 50 but at 40? probably wouda started a fight.Several cats he played with also claimed he had near perfect pitch.
Voice, kindness, humility, love for his family, and I wish I could’ve been there to tell all of those people that were just “yes people” to him you’re fired… especially that Doctor.
Elvis's final concert was scheduled in my home town, he died a couple days before the concert. Every one I knew who had a ticket kept it even though they said they'd be reimbursed. He was a very loved man...❤
This video really displays Elvis's natural talent and his great art of being a performer who could bring down the house whatever Elvis was he was great at what he did it's a shame that he wasn't recognized that he did have acting talents and the movies he made that were successful was because He was in them
Discovered Elvis when I was 14 ; now 75 and have never found anyone to rival him and feel sad that his performance was bought at such a price and through suffering such a lot of pain. Sleep tight lovely xx
Elvis looked like a prince here and sounded as good as he looked. He would have never had to worry about this little sister sneakin out the door with Jim Dandy. I love him and miss him still in 2019.
No other singer-entertainer has so many videos still on the Internet than Elvis. Because he was the greatest singer the world had ever seen.
And will ever see. He was magic!
I'm jealous because my family is singing with Elvis in Heaven!!!
If not for Elvis we wouldn't have music the way we do now. Like John Lennon said " Before Elvis there was nothing ".

Hot Damn!! Elvis was quite the charmer!
Elvis's voice is so natural. He sings without any effort at all. He never needed any editing, he could sing great, with or without music. There never will be another Elvis . Bless you Elvis, were ever you are
That's really true Dianne and he's always going to be loved loved by us and his memories right in our hearts. I'm still listening to his songs here in Louisville Kentucky ☺️☺️

The best voice on this planet 🌎
I know Elvis was sent by God. His voice, his personality is just everything. He made music what it is today and no one will ever come close to being better. Thank you Elvis for sharing your voice and yourself with us. You will always be number1, always the KING

An icon. Y’all wanna bust out judgements but what artist is clean? This guy truly was a icon. Respect that. We all have ghosts and demons.
This is why everyone loves Elvis so much and why he is still the King of rock and roll even after he is gone. I am thankful for all of the great music he left us to enjoy.

Las Vegas.... on stage 1970. I saw him the next night at the Houston Astrodome. I was 13 yrs. old and head over heals in love with Elvis. Still am!
Woah you were at the Astrodome show in 1970!? My grandma was too, and she always used to tell me about Elvis and what that show was like. It seemed to be one of the most exciting events of the century!
@Connie Drye she was lucky indeed! My grandmother saw Elvis many times. And today would have been my Grandma's 83rd birthday
Me too. Terri

NOBODY NO-WAY NO-HOW MATCH THIS MAN AS AN ENTERTAINER. HE WILL ALWAYS BE THE KING OF R&R. GOD REST HIS SOUL.
Hello Nancy how are you doing and hope you're staying safe?
Such a stage presence...how many accolades can we heap on Elvis...most complete entertainer there ever was or ever will be...50 years after I'm gone Elvis will live on through his fans and incredible voice, looks and generosity!
Words fail me. There are no words to describe how great he was to me and, I'm sure many millions more.
PLEASE look up Pastor Bob Joyce singing 🎵. You will be blessed.🙏🏻
I agree
Jos Barela
i have a ba in music. im well aware of E's limitations BUT, As the man grew older and sicker, he expanded on his playing. he started forming chords up the neck instead of just the first 3 frets, he would also make sure the mike was very close to the guitar so he could hear himself.
Great Elvis Forever♡♥♡♥♡♥
to true time wise words x
Grateful to see him at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in (at that time) the 8th wonder of the world The Astrodome. Thank you Mom and Dad!
What do you admire most about Elvis
Voice, kindness, humility, love for his family, and I wish I could’ve been there to tell all of those people that were just “yes people” to him you’re fired… especially that Doctor.
@@marykay19595 yeah that’s nice,so what’s your favorite song from Elvis
A treasure that will never be replaced. Love and miss you Elvis! ❤️
Elvis's final concert was scheduled in my home town, he died a couple days before the concert. Every one I knew who had a ticket kept it even though they said they'd be reimbursed. He was a very loved man...❤
What do you admire most about Elvis
He is the King because he was genuine 😍😍
I never tire of listening to Elvis! He sang with heart...gave it his all!
No tricks just pure TALENT!!!
Anything Mr. Presley sings, is gold 🥇 ...very few, can achieve this ...Elvis's contribution to love/arts, is voluminous 🇺🇸
And then there's the voice and the way he can sing a song, he was the best, never get tired of his renditions.
Sleep tight lovely xx
the best even to this day, rest in rhythm Elvis!
Rir?..
Yes Elvis The King Of Music Now And Forever
I Love Elvis Presley Music Now And Forever ❤️
Elvis looked like a prince here and sounded as good as he looked. He would have never had to worry about this little sister sneakin out the door with Jim Dandy. I love him and miss him still in 2019.
