It makes sense that he can sing. Also, he was part of a Chinese opera performing company. Undoubtedly they had to dance sing and comedy and perform martial arts so he had to have all of those skill sets. Jackie said in an interview I once read that he didn’t excel at any particular thing, so it was required of him to know a little bit about all of the skills.
