I’ll give you a formula that works!!! 1. Calculate your daily calorie needs (use a calorie calculator). 2. Measure everything you eat so you know exactly how many calories is in each food. 3. Eat less calories than your daily needs. Easy! For me I’m eating only 1000 calories a day 130 grams of protein and the rest from fat and carbs (tuna salad 😍 / chicken salad). Lettuce is really good because it has 15 calories per 100grams and helps fill you up. You don’t have to cut on your calories much but the more you cut out the faster your results. Also PRO tip that I learnt by accident. Fasting on the first day of the diet helps a lot and eating one type of food for the first or second day because once you get bored of this single food and discover all the other foods you can make with low calories it will give you a boost of motivation.

I lost 6kg in 5days skipping 30mns daily & IF eating first meal of the day at 2pm start with fresh fruit then my meal. Evening i had chia seed pudding. Hydrated well. Target was 3litres per day. This didn't feel strenuous and i felt great each morning when skipping. No lightheadedness. Hope it helps

@@h.n5313 actually it’s not that hard If you walk around 5 hours per day you could burn that but that’s obviously to much so another option you have it’s running where you can burn around 500 in an hour easily, I myself tried a lot of exercises to see what was best for me and came with a personalized routine for my self which was 690 Single Leg Extensions And 414 Leg Lifting Also 1hr 40min boxing

I lose 24 kg when i was teenagers. All i eat is just glass of milk and 2 slices of bread. Only 2 meals per day. Did it for 2.5 months. It's a good experience but my weight gain very fast when i start eat normal, rice etc.

But i advice you to walk for 3 hours and 20 minutes. 20k steps. That way you’ll burn 1000 calories. So by existing and walking 20k steps you burn 3k calories In that way you’ll burn 1 kg in 2 days. But try to eat less. I recommend 2 boiled eggs in morning and 2 chicken in dinner. But this diet isn’t the best one as i don’t know what else to add or remove.
There is another way, but it takes more time, try to increase the amount from losing 10kg in 2 weeks to losing 10 kg in 1-2 months, this way if you want to burn 10kg in 1 month you will have to jog for 1 hour without eating for a whole month (not sustainable) so jog for 2 hours to earn you 500 calories so that you can be in a 500 calorie deficit. PS. if you would like to know what foods to eat in a 500-calorie deficit, let me know :)
The trick is sugar free energy drinks, they keep me full, caffeine is an appetite suppressant, and a no sugar can is 15 calories, no carb, no fat drink. The drinks are bad for you, but if you wanna lose weight fast, it worked for me

Just be a porter at a island resort, spend all day running up and down many flights of stairs carrying upward of 70kg of luggage at a single time, throughout the day, push yourself until you want to pass out and throw up.. go throw up, and keep doing it. This does work if you are extremely obese. A 250lb guy over 40% bodyfat could lose 10kg in 2 weeks because their BMR would be like 2500 or 3000kcal just to maintain their weight. It's still not reccomended tho.
Yes, you can lose 5 kg. 1300 caloric deficit, if you mean just 5 kg of fat, of course. Now you might be asking, but how do you do it in a healthy way? You can't really do that, I guess, a bit of exercise so you can consume a bit more food, but it's still not recommended to go above 1 kg a week. But I had my fair share of weight loss of 1.5 kg a week, so I understand.

You arent supposed to stay without food for a week. Its very unhealthy. if you really want to lose weiht go for a low carb diet or just healthy carbs. your body needs food

I need about 3400 calories daily my intake was less than 500
This is normal at the first week of a good diet with sport to lose about 4.5 kg or even a bit more

its not bullshit.. I've lost 20kg in a month before. I wasnt even going to the gym. Just be a porter at a island resort, spend all day running up and down many flights of stairs carrying upward of 70kg of luggage at a single time, throughout the day, push yourself until you want to pass out and throw up.. go throw up, and keep doing it. Losing weight can be done very quickly. It is possible - its just very physically hard to do

i mean 1 KG IS AROUND 7K CALORIES SO I WILL BURN 2 KG A DAY SO FOR 10 DAYS 10 X 2=20KG

so i have to run 1 hour moderate in the morning, add some hiit rounds at the end of my evening workout and be on a calorie deficit of 1500 cal for 2 weeks, hummm
Basically if you want to lose 10kgs in 2 weeks be on a 1000 calorie deficit while burning 4000 calories from working out which is practilly nuts for a sane person to do
This does work if you are extremely obese. A 250lb guy over 40% bodyfat could lose 10kg in 2 weeks because their BMR would be like 2500 or 3000kcal just to maintain their weight. It's still not reccomended tho.

Do combat sports i was 85kg and i did boxing for 6 month and now i weight around about 65kg
Yes, you can lose 5 kg. 1300 caloric deficit, if you mean just 5 kg of fat, of course. Now you might be asking, but how do you do it in a healthy way? You can't really do that, I guess, a bit of exercise so you can consume a bit more food, but it's still not recommended to go above 1 kg a week. But I had my fair share of weight loss of 1.5 kg a week, so I understand.
