      I’ll give you a formula that works!!!
      1. Calculate your daily calorie needs (use a calorie calculator).
      2. Measure everything you eat so you know exactly how many calories is in each food.
      3. Eat less calories than your daily needs.
      Easy!
      For me I’m eating only 1000 calories a day 130 grams of protein and the rest from fat and carbs (tuna salad 😍 / chicken salad). Lettuce is really good because it has 15 calories per 100grams and helps fill you up.
      You don’t have to cut on your calories much but the more you cut out the faster your results.
      Also PRO tip that I learnt by accident. Fasting on the first day of the diet helps a lot and eating one type of food for the first or second day because once you get bored of this single food and discover all the other foods you can make with low calories it will give you a boost of motivation.

    Losing weight take times and requires patience just do cardio and eath healthy food (eat enough protein) protein give you faster metabolism losing 5-7 kg in a month is achieveable

    I lose 16 kg for 28 days.., i just eat everyday :
    1 banana
    6 tomatoes
    1 boiled egg
    100 grams baked chicken fillet
    Water as much as possible
    No sugar, no oil
    1 set push up (just 10x/set)

    Nah just eat one meal a day and walk 30-50k steps a day, drink lots of water and you will lose weight in no time

    that's true, DO NOT EAT.. i lose 13 kg in 20 days without exercise at all.. i did water fasting diet.. just water for 20 days.. it was so hard during the 1st 4days, but after passing that, i didn't feel hunger anymore and felt energized!
    however, it is not advisable to do that long..
    normally, people do water fasting for 7 days..
    also, seek a doctor first, especially when you are on a maintenance meds..
    but again, IT IS POSSIBLE.. just risky🥴

    I lost 6kg in 5days skipping 30mns daily & IF eating first meal of the day at 2pm start with fresh fruit then my meal. Evening i had chia seed pudding. Hydrated well. Target was 3litres per day. This didn't feel strenuous and i felt great each morning when skipping. No lightheadedness. Hope it helps

    Actually… I lost 15kg in two weeks….
    I ate around 400cals and burned 1,000cals….it was really hard and I definitely don’t recommend doing this but…yeah it’s posible to loose 10kg in two weeks so….

      If you walk around 5 hours per day you could burn that but that’s obviously to much so another option you have it’s running where you can burn around 500 in an hour easily,
      I myself tried a lot of exercises to see what was best for me and came with a personalized routine for my self which was
      690 Single Leg Extensions
      And 414 Leg Lifting
      Also 1hr 40min boxing

      @@haru_k4r1 eating really low calories from 400 to 500 and burning the double.... listen its kinda dangerous you might feel even dizzy sometimes so just try it for 3 to 5 days and you'll lose from 4kg to 6kg but after that take a break before doing it again

    See according to some of my calculations as well as your saying (1kg=7000cal)(10kg=70000cal)if we divide it by 30 we get 2333cal and as you said we loose 2000cal just by existing we can just loose 500 cal a day and even enjoy some healthy fruits.

    I lose 24 kg when i was teenagers. All i eat is just glass of milk and 2 slices of bread. Only 2 meals per day. Did it for 2.5 months. It's a good experience but my weight gain very fast when i start eat normal, rice etc.

    If u wanna loose weight, start small. A small 30 min workout, gentle, at the first week. Then add in some harder things; or advance the ones you already have. Remember to drink water and eat 3 meals a day- ones that fill you up and no snacking!!

      But i advice you to walk for 3 hours and 20 minutes. 20k steps. That way you’ll burn 1000 calories.
      So by existing and walking 20k steps you burn 3k calories
      In that way you’ll burn 1 kg in 2 days.
      But try to eat less.
      I recommend 2 boiled eggs in morning and 2 chicken in dinner.
      But this diet isn’t the best one as i don’t know what else to add or remove.

    There is another way, but it takes more time, try to increase the amount from losing 10kg in 2 weeks to losing 10 kg in 1-2 months, this way if you want to burn 10kg in 1 month you will have to jog for 1 hour without eating for a whole month (not sustainable) so jog for 2 hours to earn you 500 calories so that you can be in a 500 calorie deficit.
    PS. if you would like to know what foods to eat in a 500-calorie deficit, let me know :)

    The trick is sugar free energy drinks, they keep me full, caffeine is an appetite suppressant, and a no sugar can is 15 calories, no carb, no fat drink. The drinks are bad for you, but if you wanna lose weight fast, it worked for me

    Normal water weight- 20 grams
    If u wake up and go school and don't eat anything at school or in morning - already lost 50 grams
    Then eat if u want one meal - but then excerise to lose that fat
    Then go bed you lose 50 grams or 30 grams

      @ I wouldn’t recommend it because when I went through a two-week burnout, I put on 5KG, but I’ll tell you. What I did was ate a lot of chicken breast, meal prepped, and ate a lot of salad, also mixed nuts as a snack with dark chocolate, drank 8 to 12 cups of water (mainly 12 cups) worked out a lot (I also had classes, two days a week) drank apple cider vinegar with lemon water and finally, I drank a lot of green tea.

    35 lbs in 2 months with water fasting. It is possible but if you go back to eating what you ate before you did it, you will gain it back. If you change youe eating you can keep it off.

    Ok the minimum food -water fasting diet , i recommend for those people who dont have any life threatening disease and are very very very obese.
    I tried it once and lost 10 kgs in a month. I am fat again and cant imagine doing it again despite my will. Only once in my life, i was able to do it and it worked.

    Does that mean 1.5 hours jogging per day and some food can still make it 2.5kg per week.
    Cut the jogging to 30 minutes and replace 30 minutes with Exercise
    The replace 30 minutes with 10 minutes of High intensity workout like spriniting

    Lol I did this no food for 1 week and burn 5k calories in treadmil at high speed for 30 mins and burn 2k calories normal cz no eating and in 1 week I lost 6.8 Kg 😂 WORKED FOR ME!!!

      You arent supposed to stay without food for a week. Its very unhealthy. if you really want to lose weiht go for a low carb diet or just healthy carbs. your body needs food

      I need about 3400 calories daily my intake was less than 500
      This is normal at the first week of a good diet with sport to lose about 4.5 kg or even a bit more

    its not bullshit.. I've lost 20kg in a month before. I wasnt even going to the gym. Just be a porter at a island resort, spend all day running up and down many flights of stairs carrying upward of 70kg of luggage at a single time, throughout the day, push yourself until you want to pass out and throw up.. go throw up, and keep doing it. Losing weight can be done very quickly. It is possible - its just very physically hard to do

    here is my plan i wont eat for 10 days only drink water a lot i will ride bike for 7 hour like racing for every day and limt my screen time to 2 hours and then later i will focus on my metal health is this good?

    so i have to run 1 hour moderate in the morning, add some hiit rounds at the end of my evening workout and be on a calorie deficit of 1500 cal for 2 weeks, hummm

    Basically if you want to lose 10kgs in 2 weeks be on a 1000 calorie deficit while burning 4000 calories from working out which is practilly nuts for a sane person to do

    This does work if you are extremely obese. A 250lb guy over 40% bodyfat could lose 10kg in 2 weeks because their BMR would be like 2500 or 3000kcal just to maintain their weight. It's still not reccomended tho.

      Yes, you can lose 5 kg. 1300 caloric deficit, if you mean just 5 kg of fat, of course. Now you might be asking, but how do you do it in a healthy way? You can't really do that, I guess, a bit of exercise so you can consume a bit more food, but it's still not recommended to go above 1 kg a week. But I had my fair share of weight loss of 1.5 kg a week, so I understand.
